Bought a 3 month card. Used my allotted data for the first month. No big deal I knew it would be slow for the remainder of the 30 days. Well data usage has since started over for the second 30 days of my 90 day plan and internet is still slow as balls. Like most here I'm fed up with this ***. Going back to a contract. Add comment

Worst customer service! I ordered a sim card to transfer my number to new straight talk phone. Never needed a sim card for any of my previous phones with them. First off, it took a ridiculous amount of Time on the phone with them just to order sim card, which I don't understand why they couldn't see my info from my account I've had with them for years. Straight talk iPhone service is HORRIBLE!!!! When I called customer service they are in Cambodia. This is why Americans, black, white, all Americans don't have jobs!!! Cambodia. Really? I have no internet no data! So frustrated with straight talk! Metro PCS HERE I COME! Add comment

My internet is either intermittent or none at all. I'm told I have to have 2 phones for them to help me. Why would I have two phones. Can't understand customer service. Shame on you for giving our jobs away to people that don't care. I'm lucky to get the internet 1 out of 5 tries. They are defiant rude and lie. Read the same script over and over. Read more

I am also a veteran. I recently realized that I have been charged a monthly fee by Straight Talk Services. Two years and $2600 of fraudulent charges later my bank USAA will not go after them. I wonder what the connection is with service men and women being targeted? Add comment

I HAVEPhones are sh**. Customer service people don't speak English and you can't understand them. I have had 4 phones in 2 years. They replaced the bad ones for phones that were no better then what I sent. Add comment

First customer service guy we couldn't understand him at all! Your on the phone for hours trying to deal with them to resolve your phone not work then you send phone back with there ups packaging to never receive anything back from them.
