If they could go for a year without a train wreck, it'd be okay. But I just activated on the 1st of January. It is the 2nd of March now and they are shot. What a joke of a phone company. Personally I am okay with ALMOST everything. I want to know why we are forbidden from tetherin.g. If you are worried about data usage, then set a t.ether limit. I need to tether because i cant afford Wi-Fi and my Chromebook needs internet access to update. Please just give me an explanation and not an automated message to solve the problem Add comment

I bought a $45 unlimited card through walmart.com. My first complaint is that it took almost two days for them to send the card through email. They really should notify people on the website that it can take this long. I would have just stopped at the local walmart a mile down the road if I knew it would take two days to arrive by email. There are specific date windows within which you must enroll in order to get the discount (currently before March 24th). The first time I enrolled in auto refill, I didn't get the discount either, then I canceled and re-enrolled within one of the date windows and am now getting the discount. It actually saves you about $1.00/month over paying sales tax on the refill card at the store.... Read more

A Straighttalk phone was purchased for me, and when I went to activate it, they said it was not scanned properly when it was purchased at Walmart. Since someone else purchased the phone for me, I do not have the receipt. No one will help me since I do not have proof of purchase. Now I have an almost $200 phone that I cannot do anything with. I been a straight talk user since 2008. The customer service went from excellent to the worst, I have remained for the phone service and price. Since Jan they send you a message you have used 3g of service and they just about disable your service, unlimited is very limited. The next time I finish my 3g and straight bring my unlimited service to a halt I ll find a carrier that wants my business. Add comment

Bought a new cheapest phone and you have to go through predictive text and spanish before you can get to just using abc. Very annoying because it takes forever just to get to the place where you can begin to text. i had the same problem there customer service is really bad and also they are really rude and they wont help you they said they have to change my phone mumber in order for my service to work again and they told me my phone was registered in another zip code and that theu had to give me a diffrent phone number because it was from a diffrent zip code but my phone number was the same as my zip codes...
