Terrible customer service. Reps are nasty. Don't care about customers at all. The last rep today laughed at me. Stayed quiet and ignored me and then left me on on hold while supposedly transferring me for over 15 minutes until I finally hung up!!

Straighttalk Wireless Is A JOKE! So RUDE AND LIERS! They Do NOT take responsibility for themselves or honor what they say they will do when u go without a phone for over a month. I called just to change the expiration date on my paymemt card i use. I had to call back three times to reach a rep that i could understand on 4th try a man name Jeffrey tried to be helpful. He had a hard time understanding that all i wanted to changey card date. Wow. What an experience Read more

I've used Straight Talk for years, with no problems switching my phone number...well, their customer service leaves something to be desired. If you're trying for a specific number and or porting it over, there may be issues. My problem is I'm getting ready to return my Galaxy Grand Prime, after returning a Galaxy Core Prime last month. Why do i have to call every month to get help with deleting my profile and turn my wifi on and off and a number of other instructions!! I tried to reactivate my granddaughters phone on july 7th. Ther was some computer error on you side that wouldnt reactivate it. Was told we had to wait 24 hours ,then it would be working.
