I called the service center from my ST phone and the recorded said my phone was deactivated even though it should not have been til the next day. After it asked if I had a PIN and I said yes I then entered it.

The recording stated that the time had been added to a number I did not recognize and hen disconnected. I immediately called straighttalk again and the CSR I spoke to basically called me a liar saying I added the PIN while calling from another phone. I did not ....I have the one phone and in 5 yrs have never had a problem adding time to it. They refused to help and said they could not tell me the phone number it was added to and could not call that person to say there was an error either.

Because I needed my phone for work etc.

I was forced to add more time via credit card and did it online. I emailed customer service and am presently waiting for a response.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $52.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Had to buy two $45 unlimited cards tried to apply both and it's saying already been used call customer service and they said same thing and said there was nothing they can do and I am tired of trying been trying to put it on for four days and have got no where I want my money back and my service back on!!!!!!!!

The same thing happened to my friend and they sent him around and around changing their stories every time he talked to them. And now they finally said that they cant do anything.

What kind of 2nd rate *** customer service do you guys promote?

It's unacceptable. I'll be telling everyone i know not to sign up with straight talk.
