Ive been with straight talk for over 3 yrs never had an issue now my playstore wont download an when i call to have them fix it they say its my fault plzz explain how im stopping a download really an their only way tobfix it is to reset my phone so i lose everything only option she wanted to do while continuosly repeating that its my fault

The only thing they can tell you do over the phone is to reset the phone to factory settings. They can barely handle basic things like activating your phone, which is their primary job, so don't expect them to be able to do things like figure out why some feature stops working over phone.
You could send the phone back to them, but anytime you send a device for repair you should backup all your data first. They would likely just reset the phone themselves or replace the phone, so you'd lose your data anyway. Your best bet is to just save all your data to your SD card (if you have one), computer, or the cloud and reset the phone yourself.
Make sure you remove your SD card before resetting. I think they give you the option of clearing the SD card when resetting, but I'd feel safer just removing it first.
