Straight Talk Wireless - Straight Talk holding my money hostage management refuses to help
I have spent many hours this week on the phone with straight talk because for some reason they put holds on my money instead of just processing it. I spent many hours on the phone with my bank as well to see if they could help me release the holds.
They needed straight talk to send a fax or do a 3 way call with the bank. So I called my bank and straight talk on 3 way and straight talk put us on hold and claimed all management was too busy. So I then agreed to have them fax the needed information. Its coming up on 2 weeks now I have contacted my bank everyday to see if a fax was received.
They have not yet received it. When I contacted straight talk about it they said they sent a fax to the bank. When I asked if they could send another copy they refused and claimed they could not send another fax to the bank even though the bank never received it.
I know it's only like $100 but I am disabled and need both a phone and the other money being held hostage by this company. So now I'm looking for a new carrier and hoping and praying I can make enough money to get a phone on soon.
