I called to refill my service on 9-20-2014 gave my credit card number and purchased the $45.00 all you need plan. Turned my phone off than on and it said my phone was deactivated.

I called the straight talk customer service number gave them my sim card and they said that my sim card was wrong. Straight talk activated supposedly an ATT&T sim card and not the T-Mobile sim card that was in my phone which makes no since at since my phone worked fine up until Saturday. I spent 78.00 in August when i purchased the Bring you own phone sim card kit and the t-mobile sim card was activated because MY ANDROID PHONE WAS A T-MOBILE Phone.. So not only did they put my 45.00 on someone else sim card they gave my number to them as well and told me that their is nothing they can do for me or about it.

So now im 130.00 in the hole because they have employees from another country who barely speaks english working for them. They were so rude to me i was on the phone for 7 hours and on hold after i requested to speak with a manger for one hour and forty five minutes

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $123.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Location: Spartanburg, South Carolina

@AlexTrac -Thanks, i noticed at 3:00 AM i forgot to pay my bill the day before, could not reactivate my phone on their site because it said i needed to call support. Well their support is 8AM-12AM, so no one answered, but your chat link worked, i was able to chat with an agent and get my service reactivated. THANKS A BUNCH!

I had a similar situation. I got a new phone switched my service from old to new.

Same number I had for a year through straight talk. My old phone stopped working right needed a upgrade. Shortly after activating the new phone all of a sudden one day my nice new phone quit making and receiving calls and text messages. Come to find out someone else who WAS NOT ME!

Called and changed my phone number, on top of this my service was deactivated on this new phone and reactivated on some strangers phone! It took three *** days to return my service to My phone. Now here is the issue, my husband does the same thing buys a new phone and transfers from the old to the new. Same plan same number.

Last week of the 13th of June 2015 his phone stops sending and receiving calls and messages. After hours of being on the phone they tell him his Sim card is messed up and they send a new one. (it gets sent to our home he works out of town over 400 miles away for 6 weeks at a time. He has now been out of a phone for a week) today a person who works at the same company as my husband says he called my husbands number and some an he didn't know answered my HUSBAND'S NUMBER!

Please explain to me why does this keep happening? We are seriously getting tired of our service plan that we pay for is being used by some random people.

It's getting ridiculous.
