They deactivated my phone in January, and refused to explain why. I was told I was calling chat lines, downloading music, and eventually exceeding data limits. I asked the customer service agent Jason, who could not speak English to say the least, how much data I had used. He said they didn’t have that information. I asked what the data limit was and he explained that there was no limit, its unlimited…I asked for supervisor after supervisor and finally heard a automated voice say ‘No one is available, please call back later’. Around April 15, I contact straight talk consumer to report my phone was messed up-it wouldn't no longer take charge. My phone was still under warranty. I waited to received my email confirmation to send in my phone. I went to Fed Ex to send my ph off, but it wasn't a barcode within the email so I paid to send the phone to them. when i activated my new phone i was given a number in another state!! had to email my times and finally was promised another SIM card to change my number. SIM card did not arrive and when i emailed to ask where it was, i was told that the ticket has been closed. nothing they could do, i would have to resubmit another ticket on facebook. (which is really the only way to get any sort of help, from other straight talk users) why would they close a ticket that has not even been solved? so here i sit with a number in another state for what has been... I purchased two Strait Talk phones, two Protection plans and two unlimited calling cards. I spent a total of $500. I started having trouble with my phone. I called before Christmas about my phone not working. The customer service rep. I spoke with was Richard. He was very sarcastic. I asked to speak with his manager at the end of the call and he hung up on me. I calld back. I spoke with a manager, he was nice but did not address the rudeness of the rep. I am a straighttalk wireless customer and have been for quite some time now. I bought a new phone because the old one was trippin on me, cutting off whenever, didnt receive calls and text messages, would ring just once couldn't push my buttons. So i bought a new phone and transferred my number over. First off when i paid my bill the next month my phone was turned off anyway because it was still connected to the old phone. My sister has Crohn's ... a killer disease. So I must be in touch with her at ALL times. I run my own business and am on the road 7 days a week. My constant communication is with our phones - in case I need to race home and take her to hospital. Inside of two months of having just signed with ST, her phone died last Sunday, the 28th. Unable to set up auto refill (today) online and auto phone service is poor. Have Great service as long as I can keep my phone activated. thanks for letting me vent... Just purchased a new phone, Motorola Flip Phone, and after numerous attempts (online) the service was transferred from my old phone except for information (i.e. pics, contact info, folders, etc.). I honestly don't know where to start . . . My husband and I both have straight talk. For the past couple months my phone has stopped working at least five times and no one from customer service could fix it, so I got a new phone. Both my husband and I got new phones because the internet on his phone has not worked in six plus months. First they put the wrong numbers with the wrong phones. My $100.00 Straight Talk phone broke in less than a year so I got on their Internet site to get new one. I decided to get a nicer refurbished Nokia and spoke twice to a live person because I was previously on auto refill and they could not sell me the new phone that came with a $45.00 minuted card until they cancelled my current autoreill that I already paid for the month. I recently purchased my Android phone just 5 days ago from Walmart under the impression I was not only getting a great deal on my phone but on my plan as well, only to discover my phone had been deactivated today. Upon calling ST customer care, being transferred numerous times to the appropriate department I was informed my phone had been deactivated due to erroneous calls made to party line#, hot line#, or 1-800# I informed the customer care representative I did not make any such calls from my phone, she insisted that this is what her system...
