My Galaxy S4 phone started having issues 4 months after purchased. It was deactivated after attempting to fix it by cutting the phone off as requested by Straight Talk Voice message.
After numerous attempts to contact a supervisor at ST to get my old number back with the New Straight Talk phone I had to purchase... it was unsuccessful! WTF! I have been with ST for 7-8 years with Auto Refill so they would have their money and I wouldn't have to be inconvenienced for payment.
Everyone has your number programmed and I lost business. For 15 days now I have had a considerable debacle. Not one agent could understand or transfer the old number to the next phone.
*** you Straight Talk... you ruined a good thing....
