Enter your phone number or serial number and click "Verify Eligibility". You also have the option to unlock your phone for a fee if you have not met the 12 months of service requirement.

The fee will be $150 minus $12 for every paid active month per device (cards on reserve are not calculated as paid active). For iPhones, the fee is $300 minus $25 for every paid active month per device (cards on reserve are not calculated as paid active). No they are the same Straight Talk and Verizon are the same.same operator's people that get your money and when your service dont work right and you call they laugh and go into the computer and do something to disturb the service all because you called with a complaint with your service.dont use straight talk or Verizon

Terrible customer Support

Oh my, I just won't put down into print how many straight talk phones I have had to return back to Walmart this past couple weeks. I have had to purchase their most expensive phones to see if they could be activated and well...they couldn't. Too bad they had to be returned back as defective. Oh well, I'll keep trying!

No I will not contact your company anymore I was on the phone 3 hours and noone never answered my call I called this morning and was hung up on your company cause me money and I want it all back I contacted a lawyer about straight talk company and employees I refuse to waste my time with you people.customers are always right satisfy the customers they are the ones giving you business and your money.mistreat customers and don't care if their service work for $65 or $255 you just want the money.i wish this company the best.

Can not get result at all from straight talk

Straight Talk will not help only put you on hold, can not even get billing dept. What is going on, my phone have not worked since Sunday March 12th.. When you dial a number it shows Mobile Network not, that's strange nobody can help This just started, they want even call you back..this is a scam I heard others complaining

User's recommendation: Don't use Straight Talk, but they will get your monthly payment.

Incompetent customer service

The call center Couldn't activate the phone with my same number or use the month of service I had just purchased because they deleted my whole account. Very long story short, they said that they would give back the number "if" I purchase another month of service....
