I have a Motorola Droid Turbo XT 1254 & STRAIGHTALK cant seem to keep up their end of the deal. Im unable to recieve 4G data, after purchasing unlimited service because of their inability to troubleshoot the problem on their end over a long period of time. I would suggest that any individuals thinking of transferring to STRAIGHTALK to think twice. Their SERVICE & TECH SUPPORT is TERRIBLE. They will also tell you anything, including untruthful statements from multiple individuals. U CANT BELIEVE THEM, WHERE EVER they are located...

Don't use them!

I had bad customer service with Verizon, so we switched and they are worse! There customer service is unbelievable! How can a company get so big with such *** service? I'll tell you how, Verizon has better customer service (kind of) but costs more. I'm stuck because Verizon overcharged me on 5 phones and couldn't care less, but when I when I have any problem and have to deal with Straight Talk I want to cut myself! WOW they are bad!

I bought my straight talk phone in november2015 it has been great. I refilled in feb.2016 and my internet has been slow. It wont hardly load anything. Cant watch videos or load songs. Please fix this.

Pay no service, hussled by straight talk

my straight experience as been the worst for the past 2yrs. purchased a straight talk iPhone 4, paid for service no reception in my area, 2yrs later after dealing with the low quality service an hours of phone communication because,(" straight says I have excellent reception" ..but stuck with what works, I had purchased a new phone s two , iPhone 4s an a 5s, called to switch number to phones, told that my phone will be fully functional, not only do I have worst reception, my phone has no ties or signal with straight talk. meaning, I don't get there voicemail, no data or use of my camera text messages. wont return money , gave me million of excuses.

My Galaxy S4 phone started having issues 4 months after purchased. It was deactivated after attempting to fix it by cutting the phone off as requested by Straight Talk Voice message. After numerous attempts to contact a supervisor at ST to get my old number back with the New Straight Talk phone I had to purchase... it was unsuccessful! WTF! I have been with ST for 7-8 years with Auto Refill so they would have their money and I wouldn't have to be inconvenienced for payment. Everyone has your number programmed and I lost business. For 15 days now I have had a considerable debacle. Not one agent could understand or transfer the old number to the next phone. *** you Straight Talk... you ruined a good thing....

I just bought a samsung galaxy s5 from wal-mart for straight talk its almost been 5 days & they cant seem to get it ported. 3 days ago i was told by a supervisor that my ticket was escslated & they were going to have to do it manually & my phone would forsure be on by 7am the next morning. All i get when i call is an attitude from the customer service people & they treat me like im an ***, one actually called me a liar when i corrected him because he was saying exactly what i was told the day before only he was saying it happened that morning not the day before. I dont get the problem my number was a straight talk number to begin with if they have a byof program there should be some way to prevent the companies whose towers they use from doing this to their customers & really they should take into acct what not having a phone costs some people. This is not the first issue i've had with them & i always have to fight to even get credited for the days my phone didnt work. I hate straight talk now they have cost me to much & im stuck with this phone because wal-mart wont refund open box electronics unless they are defective & they try them out at returns.

CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SERVICE SUCKS!!!!

As soon as find a public forum to post this review I WILL!!! I have had NOTHING but headache, run around and BULL!@$% dealing with ST and this mobile hotspot since I purchased it a week ago.

I purchased it over a week ago, and it would not connect to my device after several attempts. Finally, I contacted ST for assistance. After being on the line for over an hour with a CSR, I was told that an update was sent to my device and I need to wait 4 hours. I gave it 24 hours and tried again...it still would not connect.

Called ST back another rep who went through several troubleshooting techniques...nothing worked. The CSR sent a new SIM card via FEDEX Changed the SIM cards, followed the set up instructions, and still NOTHING!! I called ST !@#hole of a CSR was no help, NO HS, NO CONNECTION, NO refund, I have to wait another 4 hours and call back! She would not connect me to a supervisor, or connect me to the refund line.

I WILL NEVER USE THIS *** AGAIN! I WANT MY MONEY BACK NOW!!!

I got a new phone and when you get ready to call tracfone take a picture of your mins as they will take min away. I lost just under 1800 and called them and they would not give them back. So I will contract NYS for help. I would be very care full to use tracfone as they are very have to deal with and there online system dose not work, so you have to call them and this way you do not anything on a hard copy.

Screwed again by StraightTalk and now I find out Wal-Mart as well. Having phone problems and after doing some things with Apple Support it would appear that it is my service that is the problem. Called StraightTalk and worthless as usual with one exception. I ported to them from Verizon with a CDMI iPhone 4S. While talking to the manager at StraightTalk he advised me I have a GSM phone now. Something that wasn't told to me by Wal-Mart when I bought the $649.00 iPhone. As far as I am concerned it was outright fraud that I wasn't told this. I have been wondering why I have problems with the service and also in my travels why I have no signal when I used to have it. Now I know.

Have call straight talk twice about slow internet sevice took 2 hours to get service back if this continues will be switching to another service I am tired of waiting on facebook to update takes at least 10 minutes to show pictures have deleted alot off my phone to see if that was the problem no help please fix problem been on this service for 3yrs now hate to switch but something dont change I will this is a new phone brought in December 2015

Extortion and Intimidation Tactics

I noticed an additional charge on my credit card statement from Straight Talk. When I finally got thru to customer service, they said it didn't show on their records, i.e., fifteen minutes on first call and over 45 minutes on second call. So, I reported it as a fraudulent charge. I was actually billed twice (my usual monthly amount $49.50) and then $46.84 a few days apart. They deactivated me saying that I had filed a fraudulent claim. Then they billed me for the upcoming month. Luckily, my credit card company set it straight. They kept telling me that all I needed to do was to provide them with my credit card number and that they would activate my service. It sounded a lot like extortion and intimidation to me... Incompetent staff.... They need to be shut down!

Nightmare customer service experiences with Straight Talk Wireless.

Adding my voice to the rest of these complaints. I have only had Straight Talk since the first week of July and I'm so fed up and angry that I'm now shopping for something else. My nephew is on the plan with me, he's tech savvy and even he cannot figure out what these people are thinking and doing. We have a plan with 4 GBs of data. We've never been able to use one single byte. However when I called to complain about this, I was informed that we actually have gone over our usage each month..Huh???? Neither one of us have ever been able to access the internet, send pictures or done anything that uses data...Ever..I cannot send pictures, I cannot check my e.mail, we have minimum bars of antenna at all times, no matter where we are in the world. The first time I had to call to set up the phones I realized I had fallen into the Indian Twilight Zone..It took an hour and a half to set up two phones. I should have been able to do this without customer service but of course that did not work, again with tech savvy nephew being the one to do it. The second time I called it was because I couldn't send pictures..7 people and 2 hours later and I still can't send pictures or go online. Third time I was forced to call I ended up in tears, literally sitting at my kitchen table crying in frustration. They apparently had turned my nephew's phone off for no reason. This time I was hung up on twice.This meant I had to navigate the nightmarish, hellish, God forsaken piece of *** automated system to get to talk to a completely different person and explain my problem all over again and give them my personal information no less than 5-6 times per phone call..This time 3 hours later it was discovered that "a billing error" had caused them to not process my direct debit payment(this is the direct debit payment that it took me 45 minutes to set up.) I then had to re-do the entire process again. I no longer care, I just pray every day that the phone keeps working until I can buy a new one and find a new company..They won, I can't fight them anymore..Run do not walk if your even considering this nightmare company..
