My phone has not been working properly for the past month. I called and talked to Daniel. He fixed my phone, told me to dial *22890 and then told me if my phone was working properly to call back and I would receive my free month of service. So I did that. The next supervisor informs me that I cannot have my free month but I could have 5 free days. I say no, that's not good enough because I was just informed I could have one free month. Then he talks to the person above him, they tell him I can have 8 free days. I say no, that's not what I was told. I was told 30 free days. He then tells me he does not care and I only want something for free because I am American. After I tell him to watch his attitude, he hung up on me.

Straight Talk Wireless in Edina, Minnesota - Tried to activate new phone. Kept getting hung up on.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I'm trying to activate a phone and called 877-430-CELL (2355) to be hung up by Amelia and Victor because they do not speak English. Every time you call that number they hang up on you. So I call this number 800-299-7784 and get the same outcome. I asked to speak with management and they refuse to transfer me. I contacted support through their website and they told me they will not give me corporate or any managements contact information. Poor customer service. This company will not last long with this type of customer service.

Straight Talk Wireless Phone Service Review

Straighttalk automated service added my refill to someone elses phone number. I input my phone number, he repeated it. Then, asked for the service pin. Then said thank you, your refill has been added to some other number. The customer service rep says there is nothing they or i can do about it.

Straight Talk Wireless in Elgin, Illinois - Out sourcing at it's worst.

I enjoy the data, the price and being able to bring my own phone. But if you don't want to get majorly stressed out then do not call into the their call centers for any kind of support. In fact, it's better just to stay at your current network and pay twice as much per line per month. I have 3 phones with these guys and I regret the heck outta it. The reps are not properly trained. You'll get a different answer with every rep you speak with. They don't read into the previous logs. The system they're working on is slow as ***. Therefore every call takes waaay longer than it should. I've had on a few occasions where the reps were talking to their friends and laughing loudly into the phone while I'm waiting. In both instances the call took forever. Just horrible. But you get what you pay for and therefore I'm going back to the majors. I'll just let them auto draft and tell them not to send me a bill so that I don't see how much I'm being gauged. Strait Talk. If you want to stay in this game you have to fix the Service. Other companies are out there and coming for your business. I thought that this was a great company until I had to call in. Upgrade your tools and train your reps.

I am upset. My phone is deactivated, I have purchased a card, but their telling that I have to wait until later to put time on my phone.

I know it is 3 a.m., but when did they make this change? I use the automated system anyway because talking to customer rep.

Gives me a migraine. I tried to do it online; and that's down for maintenance

45$ for unlimited my *** I've finally gotten to the point that I'm done with it..worst phone..service..and customer service around! My straight talk service has been good where I live in Seattle but went on vacation to Los Angeles and I can't make or receive calls. That really sucks.

What is up with that? Do I have to change service providers so my phone will work when I travel to Los Angeles??

Personally I am okay with ALMOST everything. I want to know why we are forbidden from tetherin.g. If you are worried about data usage, then set a t.ether limit. I purchased a service cardand when I went to access my phone account automated machine seem to have malfunctioned and added time to another phone not mine you called and spoke with for service people and they told me there was nothing they could do 48 hours I spent no service very very very upset no satisfaction no customer compassion poor relations nobody cares there and they let you know it very disappointed I hope they can straighten up their act.
