In the last 6 months I've spent approximately $300 on new phones the last one I've only had for maybe 2 months and it *** out spoke with several reps and supervisors in which they said they were sending me a new phone that was 3 weeks ago still no phone. So they last my service my husband and I went to us cellular and so far I love it!

We live in Virginia and we have trouble with the signal a lot. We have tried talking to them about it and they tried to say our phone may need to be replaced, but it was brand new. Then they tried to reset the phone and that didn't work. I agree with everyone about not understanding the the customer service reps. I just wish they would fix the signal issues around here before I switch carriers.
