Straight talk deactivated my service before my service end date.When I called them they told me I had 15 days left on my plan but they could not reactivate my phone.Basically they stole from me.

I think that Straightalk has the same people answering the phones replying to the emails, some where in the middle east . Has the problem been resolved "NO".

I still have not received an answer as to where the sales tax is going collected from NH residents. NH does not have a sales tax and collecting on behalf of NH is illegal, a sharp attorney might want to look into a class action because there could be millions of collected taxes that are not owed or giving to the state.

My Phone Galaxy S4 would not charge after only 1 month and this was suppose to be a new phone I purchased from Walmart, I had to send it back for replacement. In the process StraightTalk deactivated all phones on my account problem because you will lose your telephone number. I spent at lease 8 hours on the phone was hung up on twice and was told there was nothing they could do 3 times pushed to the next level 4 times with a hold time of 30 min or more each time.It took well over a week before I received a refurbished phone. I had signed up for auto refill service now they charged my card but not at the price they quoted , of course after two calls I could not get it resolved because I was speaking to someone in another country that can not answer any questions asked that do not display on their computer screen, the repeat over and over it is your state tax, I live in NH we do not have sales tax.I asked several times if there was someone in the united states I could talk to and was told "NO". So here I am I paid $400 for a new Galaxy S4 and have a refurbished one. I was over charged for the service and have no recourse. So if it seems to good to be true it more than likely is. It is a great service as long as you don't have any issues, and beware of Phones they say are new more than likely refurbished. Because you may end up with a refurbished one anyway.

Straight Talk Wireless - Phone Service Review from Ada, Oklahoma

I have now spent over 5 hrs in Walmart no place to sit . When dealing with straight talk they should at least have a weighting area, preferably one that servers food and drinks because your going to be the for hours. After 5 hrs I am totally baffled that straight talk can not figure out how to switch one of there phone numbers to another one of there on phones. There always trying to get you to upgrade to better phones, but apparently they don't have the ability to service even there long time customers. Walmart had to refund my money for a phone and a service card. They also gave me a gift card for my inconvenience . good on Walmart. If I where Walmart I think I would consider the fact that if your the only one who can sell a product. It looks very bad selling something that you have no comptroller over and when that product gets to a point of no service and extremely bad service maybe it's time to move that product out! Walmart having to pay people for there trouble with a product can't be good for there investors also. Maybe some of the top brass should take a look!

Just bought a straight talk HotSpot and cannot get internet. | Straight Talk Wireless review from Cincinnati, Ohio

I can not get any internet pages to download even after trying different locations for physically placing the hotspot. I happened to get Google/maps to load with no problems, but not even Google would load. It's been very frustrating since a paid $100 for the unit. I'll return the unit if I cannot get any better connectivity. I tried connecting to the hotspot with my phone and still would get very very very slow response, but mostly no response at all when trying to connect to the internet. I will try and take the hot spot outside the house to see if it has anything to do with the location. Hmmm Why have it if it doesn't work??

Same issue here. I fully expected the speed to be a bit slower than a regular cable or DSL connection, but this is just nuts.

I can do a Google search just fine. However, clicking on any of the search results is another story. It's nothing short of a miracle that this page actually loaded. More times than I can count, I've had pages never load at all and time out.

The speed is like being online with a dialup connection and a 14.4 modem. I bought this hotspot so I could get some work done for my job when I'm on the road. It's not coming through for me in that regard. All I want is for pages I need to access to actually load at a moderate speed and not time out.

I don't feel it's too much to ask for. It's not as though I'm wanting something for nothing. I paid 100 dollars for this, plus the cost of a data card.

I won't even get started on my feelings about my Straight Talk Samsung Centura phone.

I'm one freeze-up-needing-a-reboot away from chucking the thing out into the snow. Thank God I only paid 29 dollars for it.
