Their customer service seems to be in another country they do not speak clear English if your phone needs repaired you must wait for a package for a couple weeks and then you must send it in and wait for it to come back and meanwhile you either have to buy another phone or have none. Walmart will not help you do anything. All they do is sell phones they do not warranty them.

Unlimited Data Plan Review

Unlimited advertisement with straight talk is a straight lie. After reaching 3GB they reduce your speed so low you can't even use connect to internet. If you have limited data like other plans then that's how you should advertise. You're lying to consumers when you say unlimited. Unlimited means no restrictions. Straight talks straight talk is really a twisted lie!

I will be leaving straight talk after three years, they no good anymore. They should b on point especially if there's lots of competition out there. St should be keeping their customers satisfy not disappointed. I don't see them lasting too long. I'm getting booted out...

Straight Talk Wireless review in Elberton, Georgia: I bought a 45.oo card they put it on somebody elses card

i was going to reactivate aphone i had gave them all the information even my service pin they put it on somebody elses phone when i told them said cant reimburse so now im out of 45.00 somebody else got do u really think thats fair that money is hard to come by it looks like they would have better customer service representives it was there fault they would fix it if we did something they would expect us to fix it i think its pretty sorry when yall rip off people that are actually helping yall keep a job this just happened to me today one girl said she could fix it just a lie 1/15/2014

I have spent two weeks,bought a new phone and over 7 hours of time on phone with tech support and two trips to the straight talk store....all because my voice mail somehow is switched to spanish. I do not speak it.

Do not understand it. So I can retrieve none of my voice mails. Everyone in tech is clueless. Even got talked into buying a new phone...of course the voice mail is still in spanish when you call it.

I am beyond livid. Switched from Verizon to straight talk about 6 years ago. I will be going to return my phone to straight talk today and hop back over to Verizon who is in thew same shopping center.

This is ridiculous that noone at all has a clue how to fix this!!!!!! Will be telling everyone on straight talk to jump ship ......thanks for nothing tech support!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ive ha the exact same problem. They will just give you the run around and hang up on you.

I have talked with several reps via email and still i am wrong they are right. Dont wait your time and money on this company.
