Out 71.00 and still no phone! | Straight Talk Wireless review from Marianna, Florida

i went to straight talks website and purchased a cell phone and air time card. it arrived two days later and when i activated it ,it would not work after 7 phone calls 9 different csr's i was informed that the paticular phone does not work in my service area and that i would have to send it back{and i have to pay the shipping} and once they get the phone it could take up to thirty days to recieve a refund to my account! Straight talk is a consumer rip off we should have known since wal mart is behind them...i filed a complaint with the better business bureau i suggest every one else do the same. eventually maybe they will have to atone!

Internet Speed Review

My straight talk internet speed slows down to a crawl after a few days. Takes five minutes to get anything in my browser if I succeed In getting anything. Everyone submit your complaints to the FCC these theives will shortly change their ways. I just filed a claim on my laptop and knowing the FCC it won't be long before straight talk cleans up the issues I have with them.lol

I’m having the same issues. My service is so bad through Straight Talk that I’m actually missing phone calls due to periods of No Service.

NO SERVICE! This is not what I paid for! I’m very disappointed.

They were never fantastic, but have gotten awful over the past few months. I’m not sure what changed, but I’m searching for another carrier now.

Someone in government should investigate straight talk and Trac phone. Down speeds from 3g to 1g after 3 days on new card. Ridiculous! Cuts me off constantly Google searching. Slow. Phone calls poor quality. Will be looking elsewhere for another provider.

I live in marshall co indiana, i was told i would have service in fulton co indiana but the signsl dropsv2 miles into fulton co.,which is only 10 mi from where i live. Im extremly unhappy, especially seeing i work in fulton co. Indiana.

I have a BYOP iphone 6 thru t-mobile and I can't use the MMS feature along with cell data. They have sent me bogus links to download software updates, etc., to no avail. Also when I call them, I don't have another phone available or WIFI when I Do have another phone....
