Terrible phones.

I have had numerous problems with my phone not letting me call out or text claiming via message I had no funds, when I did, three times this month so far I have had to get assistance. As of next month I am going to another provider... Don't buy from Straight it is junk!!! Nobody talks English, you can not understand them and their rude... It takes forever to get them on the line and when you do they follow the same strategy with out really trouble shooting. I never had this issue until recently when they were doing the refund by back program I would not take.... Makes you wonder...

I am very unhappy and disgusted with Straight Talk wireless support service which is absolutely of no value. I purchased a phone through Walmart for straight talk wireless on July 7th, and did not discover the phone had problems until after the 15 day return policy with Walmart.

after discovering the problems past the 15 day return period, I contacted Straight Talk support in India to no avail many times I received a message stating I would receive return instructions which I never did and Fedex would be contacting me what they shipping date which never happened. As of today the 23rd of August I have received no satisfaction from Straight Talk support on the replacement of this phone which is almost worthless.

I cannot connect to check software updates cannot access SD card properly. Sends erroneous characters while voice texting and many other problems including does not show data or cannot connect to data any longer.

Phone will not activate!!!!

Ive been on and off the phone with st customer care for 9 hours now and they keep telling me the to do the same thing. They say my phone is activated and i have funds on my account, but my phone is still not working. Ive been told to update my phone software but i cant because i have no service or connection to do so. And ive connected to wifi, but when i go to update software the wifi turns off and i get nowhere. ive tried the whole reboot phone and my phone has been finalizing the update for 3 hours!!!! I am extremly upset ive wasted my entire day messing with this horrible company. I am very up set. and to top it off they wont refund me the money i put on my account (That i will never get to use)

Taking Money Out my account- When the phone is supposed to be shut off!!

I spoke to several People from Straight talk for turning the cell phone off and to shut off the auto pay. And they said they did. Then when I got my statement they charged me for the month. NEXT MONTH THEY CHARGED ME AGAIN AND AGAIN! I called so many times and the last man I spoke with acted like he wasn't returning my money to me and I even asked to speak to his Manager!!!They have to have details of me turning the phone's auto pay off and the phone and that I had spoken to 4 times. Maybe more! PISSED!! So guess we are going to Court !!!

so i bought a $45 card and i entered the pin through the 'my straighttalk' app and got a confirmation that it went through. the confirmation message said that my new service end date is sometime in october and i was thanked.

then i got a text informing me that my service ends tomorrow. so i called customer service and they told me they have no indication that any refill card had been applied.

they said there was nothing they could do for me but i could buy another refill card if i wanted to. now that is some straightbullshit.

The phone I have is about the fourth one I have had trying to use this service. It just gets worse. Last one was lg sold by straight talk. Yes your bill might be one half of other services. Hey what have you got for your money?? Forty five dollars a month is a lot for nothing but frustration. I might ad well not have a phone!! Phone drops every call I make or get. Half the time it does not ring but sends calls directly to voice mail and never shows on missed calls. Most calls do nothing but break up. You can't understand half of conversation on both ends. You can't even play solitaire!! Some of the cards are blank or black. I will havr another service before this piece of *** comes due. I advise everyone to get a phone service. NOT STRAIGHTTALK.!!!!

MMS won't download due to no data network, Customer service SUCKS

I just received my replacement phone after waiting on them for 2 weeks to send an empty box that I then had to return my phone in and once they received and evaluated my phone, I was sent out the replacement. First, the 2 CSR that i spoke with did not want to give my 2 weeks of credit from the day that i reported it to them b/c it took too long to send the defective device. Luckily, I kept all notices and emails of when it was delivered, received, and shipped out for return b/c i sent it off the next day after i received it. I was eventually granted my credit accordingly after I had to give them a siple math lesson on counting days. NOW I'm not able to download MMS messages and being told that I don't have the data to do so which should not be happening if i'm supposed to have UNLIMITED data!!! Customer service was horrible and unable to help ( as always). He had me re-program my phone, re-start, claimed he made a manual adjustment so re-start again...only to still have the same issue. Then rudely ended conversation after I confirmed that he can't resolve the issue. I've been with Straight Talk for 2 years but the customer service I have received regarding my last few issues have definitely give me a reason to find a new provider that is reliable, dependable, honest, and has legitimate customer service. Unlimited should be unlimited and not 3GB high speed and 2GB afterwards...that's only 5 which is NOT unlimited. Then they don't even have 4G speeds so dropping from 3G speed is like dropping to dial up. It's terrible customer service, professional service, and false advertisements

been with straight talk for about six years, was always unlimited until like two years ago, they cheat every one out of what they're paying and when you call to talk to a rep they are rude and then you can hear them making fun of you cause they didn't hang up the phone or put on hold....I'm serious have had enough with this, and when they had the law suit I was never notified to put my word in and they claimed to tell me only registered customers got the message, I get emails from them at least once a week about promotion and that but yet I never got that one. They seriously are the worst

My phone keep switching back to 1G.

My straight talk service keep switching back to 1G mood which keeps me from getting on the internet when I really need to. When I call customer service, it takes me for ever to get someone on the line.

When I finally get someone, I can't understand what they are saying because of the language issues. I am an American that only speak English, so therefore, I would need someone who speaks clearly and concise when giving me directions to correct my phone issues. I get so upset when I start getting the attitudes from someone who don't understand me, so therefore I no they probably feel the same way. However, I am the customer and I would like to just speak to someone who I could understand.

I am not trying to be mean or anything about or to any foreigners, but I just don't understand them over the phone.

You can actually demand a person who speaks clear English that's our right as a consumer. Also I have the same problem as you and I have my network tower for the carrier not even a mile from my home

DON'T DO IT..... GO TO VERIZON

I am not going to waste your time explaining the months worth of wasted time and money that came as a result of Straight talk customer service. I was able to get exactly what I needed from Verizon's prepaid service within 5 minutes for the same price. Just to give you an idea of the horrible customer service I experienced, here are the highlights: 1.) Charging me $45 to complete activation on my phone then telling me its not compatible and the money is non-refundable.... On 2 different iphones. 2.) Instructing me to call the same number that I just dialed, because the next person that answers may be able to help me. 3.) Telling me there are no managers working after my 5th or 6th phone call without getting any answers or help. 4.) Hanging up on me while being transferred. 5.) Hanging up on me while on hold. 5.) Rudely repeating the same sentences, like a pull-string doll without actually even listening to the question asked. I hate straight talk now. I never post reviews but I would really like to save someone else from the headache. I cannot stand the thought of them being so horrible and continuing to take people's money.

Straight Talk Wireless - Motorola Moto E Review from Colorado Springs, Colorado

My Moto E was 7 months old when it stopped working. Its been almost an entire month and I cant evevn get these fools to send me an envelope to return the phone!!!!! Ive been through 3 so called customer service reps and none of them can take down an address or email correctly! I am so pissed. Not sure what to do except keep trying. I need to see how to escalate this beyond the supervisor from here on out. Its just crazy.

Straight talk is the worst phone service i have ever had especially in the last year. poor connection, terrible customer service. I called straight talk and ask a representative about using the T Mobil phone i had. A representative i talked to assure me that there was not problem using a t-moble phone. They lied. I spent over 15 hours on the phone trying to get the T-moble phone to work. During the 4 days of talking with many different representatives it was one lie after another. I was put on hold for over 1 hour 1/2 on one call, hung up on 5 times. used a friend of mine phone for over 1 hour 45 minutes just to be told that they had to wait up to 72 hours to get the trouble fixed. IO spoked to several managers and again they just kept passing the buck. One manager would say it would not be a problem yet they could never fix the problem. I talked several people that said they were managers yet they could not resolve the problem. Finally i had to take the phone card and the sim card back to Wal Mart and then had to fight with them in order to get the money back. Finally after talking to several people i finally was able to get my money back. Finally i found out that straight talk is owned by Wal Mart. So if you want poor service, rude customer service then straight talk is your choice.
