Never buy straight talk phone..they will rip you off..if u have a problem with phone u have to send it back to straight talk..in the mean time u still paying for your minutes (45.00card)...and if your time/date runs out on your tore-up phone..then u have to get a new phone#..or..keep paying the (45.00card) so your time/date don't run out...while you don't have a phone...I ask Straight talk to refund my money or extend my date on card (the 45.00 card is only good for 30days)...straight talk said sorry we cant do thay...I hav a new ZTE Savvy i bought May 2014...now everything works still works except i cant call out or send text ..straight talk said sorry send it back I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER STRAIGHT TALK PHONE...WHAT A RIP OFF

I had straight talk phone and I bought new straight talk phone and I try to transfer my number to new phone it didn't work for last 24 hours when I call them they say it will talk 2 days now and when I try to chat with them they didn't answer properly online support and they close the chat support on me how rude this people and they lie about there service I better go back my regular contract phone company these striaght talk company is not good

T oday wasasntent to use my $45 card I got St walmart. I used it up on the internet under my I'd with not changing any info but placed my card info in and my $45 went to another phone, That wasn't my phone from what I found out after I called straight talk. They told me it was placed under another phone and didn't activate my phone. This is ridiculous especially when my phone had been working before. I just didn't have the money till now to renew it. Now they tell me it went to another phone. On top of all of this my first person put me on hold pretending to help me for a whole 5 min and then telling me it was placed on another phone and they can't help me to swap it out to the correct phone since I paid for it. I then asked to the next person claiming to be a supervisor and they basically told me that it was my fault that I placed it under the wrong serial number that they wouldn't help me. They told me that I could go to Walmart about this but they probably wouldn't be able to give me my money back. So basically it appears that they have stole my money and all I get is a plastic card for $45 for nothing. This especially makes me upset when I get the card and phone and cannot use them. I would like to have my card taken off that other phone that they told me that they would if I could tell them the serial number that was supposedly put on instead of mine. Like I could do that!! So now because I don't have that number and I have this piece of plastic and a phone that are useless. I'm very passed off also.

Straight Talk Wireless - 45 Dollar Card Review from Findlay, Ohio

I purchased a 45 dollar card and accidentally ended up adding I guess to the wrong phone when on the internet. I contacted straight talk about this and they told me it was on the wrong phone. They pretended on trying to swap it to the correct serial number. After waiting 5 minutes of mine and their time they told me that they couldn't do that. After demanding my my money back or trying to swap it over to the correct phone. Even with the card in my hand they wouldn't do it for me. I then demanded I needed it swapped out or my money back or other needed to talk to a supervisor they then forwarded me to a guy who then told me I couldn't get my money back or swapped out. I told him that they stole my money and that I was going to report them about this. This isn't right they stole my money and put it on a different persons phone . Merry Christmas to whoever. This guy told me that I needed to give him the serial or I'd that I placed up on the internet. Of which is not my phone supposedly. This is idiotic!! They even told me to go to Walmart and demand money back because it's added to the wrong phone. I went to my Internet info and used my phone info that is on the internet that my phone was activated previously and now it evident ally has changed according to straight talks call center. There is something wrong with this picture.

I got a $45 service activation kit from walmart (payed $60 in all) I tried to activate my phone several times. Then costomer service was called. They where of no help. Ive trued using every option to try and get my phone to work. If keeps saying "No Service" after i've tried LITERALLY EVERYTHING. Thats $60 spent for COMPLETLY NOTHING. i am beyond pissed.
