12 yr old activated phone unauthorized

my 12 yr old daughter activated a phone without my authorization. I wanted to put safety measures on phone before it was activated, however her older sister activated it without my knowledge or authorization. my 12 year old daughter seems to be getting messages from adult sites and people are contacting her via her phone. she is 12, this phone (mobile data)needs to be shut off right now. I can regulate her wi fi but I cant regulate her mobile data - I dont need my daughter being contacted or talking to people on the internet, she is only 12

Cant talk to a human. Computer didnt hear all numbers twice. Paid $300 for a phone I cant use. Need a phone today. I didnt want to go back to ATT

Angry abd dissatisfied

when a customer pays forr 1-2 day shipping thats what we expect. I ordered phone Wednesday. It should have been pricessed on Thursday abd sent out by Friday. I still have no tracking information. I expected to receive phone by saturday and they are telling me it will be delivered next week. They need American agents instead of foriegners. They refuse to fefund the shipping cost that I paid for.

User's recommendation: Dont buy a phone through straighttalk. Buy at Wal Mart if you can. Dont pay for quicker shipping.

You didn't unlock other phone

Paid $42.00 to get phone unlocked 3 days ago and still locked. Cant understand representatives on phone when call customer service... language barrier and very frustrating to have to repeat self... 5 times!

Terrible Services. No resolution to my services

No resolution.phone not working cannot speak with a live agent. Messaging is not working correctly. Ive asked for a phone replacement because my phone is still under warranty. Dates are wrong on texting with straight talk. No resolution to any of my problems. Was told that you only sell the plans and you are not knowledgeable of the phone. Phone plan is locked in for a year and even through you cant solve the issue customer are not allowed to change carrier. Therefore customer are stuck with not resolution and pissed poor services

He asked 10 different questions ,!!, after his questions were answered by me, he continued too repeat his questioning. Finally 20 minutes later, the trick questions proceeded too test my intellect. At witch point, I continued too ask for their mailing address, as he continued too evade me . I , me, myself can look elsewhere.

Stolen phone

Samsung said go through my carrier to manufacturer warranty my a20. Straittalk still has my phone the same thing as the person who posted before me. We need a class action.
