Straight Talk Wireless in Sunnyvale, California - I wish I had a worst enemy so I could recommend Straight Talk to them!

Customer service does not know what they are doing. Several hours and three attempts just to get automatic payments set up to a new debit card. Each time, I was told everything was set up and service would start within a few hours. Nothing. Went through the whole long process again the next day. I was told service would start within a few hours. Nothing. Called the next day. Was told service would start at midnight. When I expressed my doubts, was then told the automatic withdrawal had not been put through, but NOW it was. Finally got service 3 days after this process began. Also, I have had more than 3 calls in the past with this company because they continue to drop my calls to put through an automated message telling me how many minutes I have left in my plan. REALLY? You cut off my calls to give me this information!!?? What kind of company does this? All calls and attempts on my part to have them stop doing this have been unsuccessful. I gave up. I am dumping this service and would suggest to anyone...don't get Straight Talk!!!!

Straight Talk Wireless - Service Transfer Review

i am sick of dealing with the incompitance of thier outsourced customer service reps in the philipines. i have been a customer of straight talk for as long as i can remember and thats about to end! Complete B.S. to have to wait 24 hours to transfer service and number to my new phone. and when asked why so long they avade answering. TOTAL INCOMPENTENCE.

Had to buy two $45 unlimited cards tried to apply both and it's saying already been used call customer service and they said same thing and said there was nothing they can do and I am tired of trying been trying to put it on for four days and have got no where I want my money back and my service back on!!!!!!!!

Straight talk is a rip off said my replacement phone order was canceled because no activity and i shipped my phone October 20 and they got it October 22. Now they got to update claim October 24 my phone should have been on its way.

Straight Talk Wireless - Straight Talk has a few kinks.

I also have straight talk. On the third of every month I go to Walmart and purchase the $45.00 card and return home. Not just some months, but every month I have to go through the reactivation process because my phone has been turned off the day before. Every month I have to unsubscribe to unwanted sales pitches via text message even though I have unsubscribed multiple times via text, email and phone conversations. I don't know about anyone else but I did not buy an iPhone for straight talk to send me ads. I have and pay for a phone that I want to use for personal reasons and not a direct advertising pipeline. Personally, this month I am leaving straight talk for another service.
