I too have had many issues with my phone, but I found this email address to the company and they fixed my problem right away. Some problems may require a little more time to fix but the people at this address are very good.

Also I want to add that their policy is return the defective phone first and then they will ship your new phone. I said my only car had a cracked head gasket and the sealing treatment didn't work and I can only drive it short periods before it really warms up and I need a phone to call AAA.

I offered a deposit etc. No. They told me to go buy a cheap track phone or borrow a phone. I chose the latter in my situation.

I went to activate the borrowed phone with Virgin Mobile online and they asked for my former account number and the tax payer ID of company I had account with. Can you believe the customer service agent refused to cooperate and said what are you doing?! I said doing what your agent advised borrowing a phone. I had to activate it and she played games and said she never heard of their taxpayer ID number.

She asked if I paid MY taxes!!!! And how do you spell tax? I hung up and agent for Virgin Mobile said she would put it in for me!!! I will never go back!!!!

I was so upset I cried! Foolishness!

Only way to stop this mess is to let company know we won't tolerate such poor business practices. Take your business away!

I have an iPad Air 2 and was using the T-Mobile free data for life, but it ran out and my account had frozen up, so I had bought a straight talk data sim, item worked but I didn't get lte, so I called their support and they provisioned my account and it didn't work, so I called apple customer service and they were kind of helpful until the call got disconnected, however after that I got LTE, weirdly it seems to default to 4G and it's like they have to allow me access to the LTE network, but it does work happily

The wost customer service in the world. Speaking with these idiots will really test your patience. Minimum 1 hour on the phone for any issue. India call center from ***. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company at ALL cost!!!!

I bought the lg optimus smart phone and I have had troubles from the get go! When the battery dies and you turn it back on, you can send text messages and not receive them. I lost 2 jobs because of this and when I call the customer service to explain what happen they just give you the same Bull$#!t run around in some foreign language you can not understand! I also have a problem with the screen going black during a phone call and not coming back on. In short this phone is garbage and the customer service is a pile of ***! This company is scam and they have no sympathy for there customers. I am taking them to court for loss of wages and breaking a contract. Stay away from this plan!

I was overcharged and hung up on SEVERAL times! They lied over and over. First is was the governments fault, then it was my fault for signing up for automatic payment which I NEVER EVER sign up for. I don't like ANYONE taking my money without my permission! I get paid different times of the month is the 2nd reason why I NEVER sign up for automatic payment. All I know is 20 years ago they would have lost their jobs for treating people the way they want!
