Straight Talk Wireless in Sierra Vista, Arizona - Straight talk year plan data speeds...

Don't bother saving some money with the year plan with Straight talk. Their current system only allows for your 3G speeds to last until you add another service plan (month card). So instead of having 3GB of 3G speeds a month you have 3GB for the year... That's a big difference. The only way to fix this problem is once a month call them and have them deactivate and reactivate your phone.... The process takes about 30 minutes to an hour to do. Save yourself some time and trouble and just do the $45 monthly plan and have auto refill.

I called to ask how to purchase more data for my phone and she said the only way is to refill your account again or wait until your service end date. This service SUCKS. I finally got someone who knew what she was doing cause after 2 months I'm finally able to send a MMS.

Ok! I read some reviews on straight Talk, and I'm telling ya!! I did not want to become a Straight Talk user, but the iphone 4s I purchased had already came with the activation card so I went a head and gave it a shot. I'm sorry for the other users have had some problems with their phones and customer service, but im telling you it was the easiest phone that I had ever had to set up it only took me 10 minuets. The next day I was unable to get on the internet...."probably my fault" so I had called customer service "that I was dreading remind you because of all the reviews I had read" NOTHING BUT AWESOME" customer service, fixed the problem in minuets and that was it.....DONE. If I can give you any advice do what I did, and give it a shot. SO SO HAPPY that I switched to Straight Talk......Thank you for your time hope this helps you to not make a mistake and change over to Straight Talk.

BOUGHT PHONE AND PAID A MONTH SERVICE. SET IT UP TO BE AUTOMATICALLY PAID FROM MY CHECKING ACCOUNT EVERY MONTH SO I HAVE CONTINUOUS SERVICE. AFTER MANY CALLS TO INDIA IT FINALLY GOT ACTIVATED. DIFFICULT COMMUNICATION, AFTER 31 DAYS THEY DISCONNECTED MY PHONE (EVEN THOUGH I HAD DONE THE PAPERWORK TO HAVE IT AUTOMATICALLY PAID EVERY MONTH. NEVER NOTIFIED ME OF A PROBLEM, NO EMAIL , NOTHING. I CALLED THEM THE SAME DAY I LOST SERVICE. THEY HAD ALREADY RETURNED MY PHONE NUMBER (i'VE HAD IT 10 YRS). THEY CLAIM THEY COULDN'T EMAIL ME CAUSE THEY HAD RECORDED THE WRONG EMAIL ADDRESS. THEY HAD MY PHONE NUMBER THEY COULD HAVE CALLED INSTEAD OF JUST SHUTTING IT OFF IT TOOK 2 HOURS WITH SOMEBODY IN INDIA TO GET IT REACTIVED WITH A NEW NUMBER AND 2 DAYS LATER I LOST THE DATA AND SPENT ANOTHER HOUR GETTING IT BACK. NEEDLESS TO SAY I HAVE CANCELLED THE SERVICE AND WENT BACK TO A REALIABLE CARRIER.

HI, I SEE THAT YOU TOO HAVE THE PROBLEM WHERE ALL STRAIGHT TALK CALLS ARE SO LOW THAT YOU HAVE TO YELL EVERYTHING AND FOR SOME REASON THAT MAKES YOU TYPE EVERYTHING IN ALL CAPS. DO YOU KNOW OF A WAY TO MAKE THIS GO AWAY BESIDES GETTING RID OF MY STRAIGHT TALK PHONE?

I WOULD GET RID OF IT BUT I PREFER A CARRIER THAT GOES AND AHEAD AND CANCELS MY PLAN RANDOMLY.

IF THEY DIDN'T DO THAT I WOULD NEVER STOP TALKING. J/K LOL.

I live out in the country so I ask more than once if the phone I was going to order was on Verizon towers, I was told yes more than once, again I ask they said yes.Got the phone and guess what its not Verizon towers so their for don't work.Ask them to make it right, no they would not.i was told a lie said they diden have that phone on Verizon towers when the other lady told me they did.wow so I sent the phone back and got me one with Verizon prepaid.I would not advice anyone to go with straight talk.They are so high on the horse they dont care about you anymore.Had been with them a long time bad to find out how they really feel about you.

Straight Talk Wireless in Michigan City, Indiana - Wasted 90 dollars on Straight Talk Unlimited plan card!

Two times I have had my money stolen from straight talk. I bought a $45 card at Walmart, went home, and entered everything online. I ALWAYS make sure that the information I enter is correct. Also, I always renew my service the day before it is deactivated so I don't have any trouble. The next day, I try texting some friends and it doesn't work. I go back to the site and look at the information, trying to figure out why it didn't work... THE CARD WAS LOADED TO A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT UNKNOWN PHONE! I had to wait a whole month to get another card because I don't have a lot of money. I go to Walmart, go home, enter it online (being extra careful not to get anything wrong) and what happens? The card loads to the same unknown phone. I have tried multiple times to contact someone to figure out what is going on and I can't get a hold of anybody. I don't know how long I've had no service on my phone and I'm pissed off about it.

They are a *** company. This has happened to me twice now!!! I've bought a plan card to put time on my phone. The *** lady put it on someone else phone!! I was told sorry there wasn't norhing they could do!!! Now again I tried to active a phone for my bf and told her the information and again they put the time on someone else phone!! This is b.s when u have 2 spend $200 cause of the f ups!!!! An if u want to talk to the corporate office it gives u the activation card phone #!!! Whats up with that ***!!! But u can get there address off the internet to write them a very expressive letter!!!! I think they need to make things right!!!
