Straight Talk Wireless - International Calling Card Review

Before buying and international calling card I called straight talk to make sure my country was on there calling list they assured me that I could call my destination. I brought the card only to find I could not call my destination. They said I was I formed wrongly and sorry but we don't give refunds. I have had them for a very long time but this is crazy. I called all my friends and they have switched there service to other companies. And when my minutes run out good bye straight talk.

Been lied to ,2 times. Been waiting for replacement wi fi moble hot spot for two months. Every time I call it's a defferent excuse. I'm done going back to Metro PCS. Straight talk sucks and custermer service is also the worst.

I ordered my phone on a Sunday, with free 1-3 day shipping. I immediately received a confirmation email with a 7 digit order number in the "received" email.

It is now Tuesday. When I enter the order number on the straight talk website, it says, "We couldn't find an order number and email that matched the information you entered. Please check the information and try again." I chose the option "forgot your order ID" and was given the same order number. While copy and pasting it in for a search.

it still didn't work.I immediately received a "received" email and a second email stating that my order was "accepted." I have not yet received a "Shipment tracking number." I'm guessing that is seperate from the "Accepted" email. The billing balance was removed from my bank account on Monday (yesterday), so I expect the tracking number to be emailed Tuesday (today) and the order to arrive by probably Friday-Monday.People say that overnight delivery of SIM cards are actually 2 days because of Straight talk's processing methods. $15 SIM and $15 delivery fee really doesn't make sense, but ok. They also say that straight talk may not give you a tracking number at all with a successfully received order.

Calling CSM or making a ticket may cancel or delay your order even more. TBH, their CSM is a nightmare, but the service is Verizon quality at a very reasonable price.I plan to wait 5 business days for the 1-3 day delivery.

If I don't receive a tracking number by Friday, I'll contact the bank and BBB, but I don't forsee that being necessary. We just have to be patient.

Straight Talk Wireless - Sucky customer service

I have been with straight talk for bout 3 years or so and always had trouble with them when it came to customer service they have the worst! they are always foreign and I can barely understand what the heck they are saying! so just a couple of days ago I switched to Verizon they are all American or at least from the united states so that I can understand them! and they do not have a sucky attitude straight talk really does suck!!! I mean when I tried to call them I have to seriously go through so much just to talk to a representative Verizon is so much better I suggest it to everyone to leave straight talk!!!!!!!!!!!!

Straight Talk Wireless in Greensboro, North Carolina - The Worst Customer Service Cost me $89

I tried to port my number over the StraightTalk, they messed it up and ask me to order another sim card from them. I did. But when I tried to activate, the customer service then again told me the sim card I ordered would not work and that she would send me another one. I have been without wireless service for close to two weeks. Now, the third sim card arrived today and happened to be a micro sim card and not the nano sim card I was expecting. Because of this much headache, I'm staying with my previous provider and deciding against switching to StraightTalk. Because of StraightTalk no-refund policy, I'm losing $89 in the process. This is my worst customer service experience. I should have looked up reviews before trying to switch.

They just sold me a iphone 5 saying it would work in my area and guess what? It don't!

Now they want me to pay shipping to send it back to get my money back!

Straight Talk Wireless in Dale City, Virginia - Straighttalk has been getting over for two months

I started off fine then after a few months I decided to enroll in straighttalk auto re-fill. which was supposed to be free ,but two days later they took an extra $45.27 out of my bank account. So I called them and ended up having to talk to the supervisor because nobody could help me and he told me not to worry my money would be given back to me with in 7 to 10 days and that it was normal, that a lot of people call in complaining about the same thing all the time. so I waited. and more than ten days later still no money. I called once again , spent an hour on the phone talking to 3 different lady's, all with broken english trying to tell me that I can't get my money back claiming that they never received another payment. they were all rude, unconsidered, and nonchalant with me and my money.and they never let me speak to the supervisor who had told me I had originally spoke too. in the end I was told that I get another month free to compensate me for losing my money. and I got the lady's name. but the following month after sending a text message to my phone saying that my money was accepted and I would be getting a that month free basically, they send me another message saying that my payment was declined and turn my phone off. tf , how do you tell me im going to get a month free after you basically stole my money and then turn around and take it from me again. I absolutely hate straighttalk and would never let anyone buy their phones or get their plans, because though it may be a good deal it is definitely NOT worth the hassle with these *** foreigners cheating people out their money. its ***! and I definitely planning on changing my phone service because there customer service is Horrible!!!
