I'm currently new in the country and purchased a bronze sim activation toolkit about a week ago, I have been struggling to simply activate it in order to receive a phone number. I have tried using the website which is barely helpful and constantly freezes and also takes forever to load.
I attempted speaking to an agent using a friend's phone but all to no avail. it is really frustrating at this point and I am utterly disappointed.
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered

My service has been non existent for over one week. Tried connecting to customer service without success. Dialing a number respond that Mobile Network not available. There is no response to my query.
I was not advised of the reason for the unavailable service, although my service plan is active and paid for..Should the service be disrupted for any reason, the customer be advised.
Preferred solution: Tell me the reason for the Mobile Network being unavailable.
User's recommendation: If service should be disrupted for any reason, the customer should be advised. Queries should be responded to by customer service.

Bought a s card kit with service plan then bought phone. Both at Walmart.
Can't add minutes because straight talk says it wasn't scanned at the register. Walmart says it was scanned at the register and they won't scan it again so I'm told they will activate the service pin and to call back in 24 hours I called back in 24 hours and was told I had to email my receipt and service card picture to an email that doesn't exist. I called back and they hung up on me. I called back again and the person answered the phone lied and said they were a manager when it was obvious they weren't.
I ended up hanging out because I wasn't getting anywhere went back to Walmart. That didn't do any good so I bought a new service card. Came home tried to add that service pin and find out now my SIM card is disconnected. My mobile data says it's disconnected so call back and they tell me it's fixed and it'll be fine and it's still not.
I bought this phone 3 days ago and I have been trying to put minutes on it ever since. I bought two service cards and still can't get minutes because they have deactivated my SIM card, every time I call back I get lied to and giving false information like an email that doesn't exist. POP@***.com.
I'm just tired I've been lied to hung up on treated worse than any other companies ever treated me and all I want is to put the minutes that I paid for on the phone. It's impossible
Cancel service
I had to cancel service,my boyfriend passed away Unexpectedly.They were very understanding and was no issues.

I wanted to add a card to account I have on auto pay. I got messages like device doesn't qualify for this action.
The phone number wasn't recognized so I was asked for mei or whatever it is.
Just ridiculous to add a card to my account. You should have an easier way to do this action.

The person that I was talking to was uncooperative disrespectful and wouldn't let me speak to his supervisor he wasn't going by protocol and I have a cell phone that I bought at a cell phone repair place that I'm trying to get network unlocked and I don't have any information on who it used to belong to because I bought it from a cell phone repair place and I need to have it Network unlocked

It took an hr to get the help we needed. No one knew what to do.
Weve had straight talk for Years. Very poor service now and need someone we can understand better.
We were a bundle of nerves once done with call. We are so aggravated with customer service.
How hard is it to keep the same number when you buy a new phone???
Please take heed to this complaint.
It is very nerve racking to have to repeat over and over the same info and wait and wait for help
We were almost ready to cancel our service and go ATT or Verizon.
Whats the problem here?? No help or not able to help customers??
