Hello, I am Adrienne Brown and I have a iphone that was originally with AT&T and about 3 weeks ago I got it switched over to straight talk and my phone and been running extremely slow since then. My internet will not load and when I try to download apps it pops up as waiting and the app never loads to download.

Straight Talk Wireless - Replacement Review
Straight talk is a rip off said my replacement phone order was canceled because no activity and i shipped my phone October 20 and they got it October 22. Now they got to update claim October 24 my phone should have been on its way.

Might as well be using two cans and a string!
I bought the lg optimus smart phone and I have had troubles from the get go! When the battery dies and you turn it back on, you can send text messages and not receive them. I lost 2 jobs because of this and when I call the customer service to explain what happen they just give you the same Bull$#!t run around in some foreign language you can not understand! I also have a problem with the screen going black during a phone call and not coming back on. In short this phone is garbage and the customer service is a pile of ***! This company is scam and they have no sympathy for there customers. I am taking them to court for loss of wages and breaking a contract. Stay away from this plan!

I hate the customer service of straight talk wireless they don't give a *** about their customers they just keep screwing u every way they can I'll sue them one day because they don't care about us people they r based out a county that is not even base in the USA they don't care if they screw u all they want is money!!!!!!!!!!! I lost signal to my Straightalk Galaxy S2 phone. Called cust service - spent over an hour on the phone with them. They had me doing things I already tried. They finally gave up and said I'd hear from the, within THREE BUSINESS DAYS! My cell phone is not just a convenience, but it's also for safety and security. Having to wait for 3 business days is ridiculous. I'm shopping for another provider, even if it's a little more expensive. Goodbye Straightalk!!!! I don't need ya!!! Please instill some customer service ethic!!! It would benefit you beyond measure!!! Your prices are more than competitive, your support personnel are not!!!

Straighttalk web site a joke for paying bill
I have used straight talk for a few years, but when it comes to re-filling the phones air time, don't use the web site or the app. I used the website to purchase a month of airtime, an alert came up that said couldn't complete transaction, or denied, but my bank says otherwise. I tried this method 3 times before I got an alert saying I was over drawn, so I checked my account with the bank, and it showed I bought 3 air time purchases, but each was denied by straight talk web site. so I did live chat and they said none went throught, but my account with the bank says different. So I had to wait 3 days for the bank and straight talk to get their ducks in a row and then, I got my money back in my account and I used the automated service over the phone to refill my service. I was told the problem was fixed. NOT!!! it did it again today! I am so pissed. so now I have to wait for the money to go back in my account to do it over the phone. UGH I wish that I could use another company for my towers or I would switch. so meanwhile I am outta service ( I do not load or reserve its a joke) until money is in my account...JERKS

Five trips, over seven hours sitting in a Walmart Straight Talk store
I've had a Straight Talk phone for years with no complaints. Then I got a new phone, ordered from the internet Straight Talk website. I put in my zip code and was sent a phone that works off T Mobile towers but I had connection less than 50% of the time. Called your customer service line and was told they would send an AT&T sim card. That card could not be activated. Not by me and not at the store. They called customer service and after two and a half hours agreed to send another card. The card never came. Back to the store I went and they called again and found that a trouble ticket was never filled out so no card. But they said they would send one. They did. But the card was standard size and my phone needs the mini. They said they would send a new card. They lied. No card was received. Today I went back to the store. The woman said they have been talking about me and they feel sorry for me. I'm sure this doesn't help. Again she called and found that, while we did have a trouble ticket number, the order was never completed, so, no card. They ordered another one. None of this problem was caused by the Walmart employees working at the store. It's Straight Talk employees who simply don't care Five trips to the store, over seven hours sitting in their chairs. A new phone that doesn't work. Customer service? STRAIGHT TALK has no such thing. ROBERTA DOSTAL

I have bought a $45.00 unlimited talk text and data from straight talk and they have told me that I went over my useage I talked to the manager Isabella ID# 516220 and she was telling me about the terms and conditions and I asked her in what paragraph to look at with the pamphlet that came with my phone and instead of her pointing it out on the pamphlet she told me to go look online and no where in the pamphlet does it say that you have a certain amount of useage on unlimited data my phone number is 618-306-****

I tried to refill my minutes & it won't let me on the app, website or by phone. Is it maintenance or what? My phone is not just a luxury it is a necessity being a student & working full-time as a single mother of two young children. Please resolve this issue quickly!!

Straight Talk Warranty
I bought a Straight Talk phone (Galaxy S3) on December 3rd 2013. I heard great things about them and I couldn't afford 140 a month for a smart phone. I got the 45$ unlimited text, talk and mobile data. On June 4th 2014 my phone started to have problems with charging the phone at the point where it won't charge anymore. I tried to fill out a form online for the 100$ 2 year warranty I got with the phone but it said it is under manufacture's warranty and to call Samsung directly. After about 34 minutes on hold with Samsung I got a wonderful gentleman who explained to me that when you buy a phone from Straight Talk they don't buy any warranty from Samsung so I would need to call Wal-Mart (Because I bought the phone from them) and after about 29 minutes on hold I was told basically to call Straight Talk and there is nothing they could do. I finally call Straight Talk after this wild goose chase, 46 minutes on hold and ridiculously long menus I was told there is nothing they can do unless I send my phone out for repair which would equal about a month or so. I explained that there is nothing I can do as I use this phone for work all the time. She basically said "this is the only way and there is nothing else I can do." By the end she was obviously very irate with me because I can't let my work phone go. I asked if there was another way trying to avoid this. She said "No, you gotta deal with the way we do things." In the end I ultimately corrected their mistake and went down to Costco first thing in the morning and got a Verizon phone. I am still going to file the claim as I am not going to waste the warranty. I will update this as soon as I do.

Very Poor Service when getting new phones/poor english using operators
purchased a straight talk phone, tried to activate per insturctions, the rep on the phone spoke such poor English we could not understand him, went to Wal Mart returned the phone it did not work properly had already paid in advance for minutes to use, got another phone wanted to keep my same number, after sitting in Wal Mart in Prairieville, La. store#5056 for three hours my phone was activated but with a new number which is why I am so unhappy if this is not corrected and my original number not restored I will cancel when my time is used up and purchase service with another cell phone company, no need for this to happen. The straight talk number I had before they changed it was 225-270-**** serial #840270****838******** it was returned since it did not work properply new phone purchased Serial #014034****22485 new number was issued and should not have been and it is 225-290-**** I want my number 225-270-**** put back in my phone, all my records have this number and I am a Contractor and will miss lots of clients by this change you made. you can reach my wife on her phone 225-270-**** Jossie Van Osdell

After two unsuccessful attempts at activating a new phone, I used the online chat with their customer service, and they said the system is having issues, and keep trying. After 15 tries, I finally got it to work. Imagine my surprise when I checked my bank account and found 15 charges of $49.07. I called them to get the money back, and after being asked if I was counting the charges correctly, and being told there was no way to send them a copy of my bank statement showing the charges, I was put on hold for about ten minutes, and the rep came back and was told me "no problem, you will have your refund withing 24 hours". A week later, I'm still waiting for the money. They sent three payments last week, and four payments this week. I also bought the phone at a local Walmart, and we can never get more than two bars, so the phone constantly drops calls if we can get it to work at all. Never again, stay as far away from these clowns as possible.

Straight Talk Wireless - Minutes Adding Review
Everytime I try to buy more minutes over the phone they alwaays say my card doesn't go thru and transfer me to someone who I can barelynunderstnd by the way we live in america where our first language is ENGLISH so I would like to speak to someone who speaks english clearly... but anyways they always end up chaarging my card more thn once nd then say if I believe I was wrongly chargedni would have to fill out some paperwork and file a complaint. I am officilly lookong for a new company.....
