Straight Talk Wireless - Poor Customer Service/

I will never use straight talk again. I had a phone that was defective and I call tech support for assistance. The rep could not resolve my issue and told me that my phone was defective. They sent me via email a return shipping label. Fedex picked the package up on June 14, 2013 and I still have not received my replacement phone and I have been lied to several times, and they cut my freaking phone off before my month was up. I will never use their services again. This company is filled with liars and especially ones who can not speak fluent english!!!!!! Stop supporting them the jobs are over in the Phillipines....... That's why the have the worst customer service possible. Bring the jobs back to the USA where we can get some great customer service!!!

I had the 45.00 unlimited talk/text automatically taken out on a credit card. No problems with service for over two years. Six months ago I changed the billing to a different credit card, because I closed down this old card account, every month they bill the new card...

Straight Talk Wireless in Tampa, Florida - Straigh Talk Sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!

I spent ton of times and talking to numerous rep. to sign up the service on 6/21/13. It got turn on and i started using it. I noticed cell signal was yo yo back and forth between low to high and low and high and so on at the same location at my home in a fixed spot not moving. Having that the internet connection is yo yo back and forth between 1x and 3g too and it was *** slow. If that was not enough i got a blocking from Verizon yesterday when i am not even using Verizon service??????? Today i call in spent all morning 6/24 mount up my frustration further just to have them to tell me someone reported the phone was stolen so they diconnected the service. I call in with those other issues not the disconnect issue. The service was paid for in full and was usable days ago already. If that was not enough I called 17 times today dealing with bunch of *** some hung up some the connection was disconnected on its own while i was waiting for an answer. I had it before i have a heart attack. I called my credit card company to file for a refund dispute with this sob S.Talk service. Save your time, save your sanity, save your energy since i have just experience to find out for you. STAY AWAY FROM STRAIGHT TALK

Straight Talk Wireless in West Grove, Pennsylvania - My service was cut off

I purchased a straight talk phone (samsung galaxy2) had the phone for 5 months and then for no reason that i could see the shut my phone down. Had to call customer service and they tell me i want over my data and call limits they cant give give me the guidelines or amount that i went over just that i want over there guidelines after several attempts with several different reps and several different transfers to an automated system still no explaination very disappointing. Speak to the people at walmart filed a complaint and no response from walmart ready to file a complaint and go to the media with this to let people know the thus service is ***

Straight Talk Wireless in Charlotte, North Carolina - Unlimited data is limited

My data was shut off and after talking to customer no service was advised that because of my service plan (which is a whole other story) that my data would be restored at my next renewal date and get this December 22, 2013. I asked for a supervisor and was given the double speak and never allowed to speak to a supervisor. I called back again I started out by asking to speak to a supervisor, they read from a script and when I asked to answer if she was going to let me speak to a supervisor she read the script again. Again I asked to speak to a supervisor again she read the script, I advised her that this was a yes or no question that I needed her to answer either yes or no again she read me the script. Then she transferred me to the "high data usage department", which is a transfer to an automated message telling you that you use too much data. then it shuts off................. and every call back to them is the same just over and over again. Oh yes and if you are rude to there customer service reps they reserve the right to cancel your service... I asked them to cancel my service and refund me my money but got no response they just read the script again.

Straight Talk Wireless in Flushing, Michigan - Straight talk I get no service no help phone to work

3 years Straight Talk customer 2 phones. I added 1000 minute card on my phone. You said warranty expired on phone. Have to buy new phone and unlimited card. I lost the initial 1000 minute card at $30.00. Bought phone and card on credit card. Received phone and service sucks for first week, then service stopped working altogether, tried calling you don't solve problem. Tell me towers may be down, but then I need my phone and lose part of my 30 days unlimited. If phone not back on in one day I will no longer use your services!

Straight Talk Wireless - They can't even activate a phone they sold without hangups?!

I've been a loyal Straighttalk customer for years and even recommended them repeatedly to everyone, until the first time I had to call their customer service. It literally took 3 calls wherein I had to be put on hold several times for the issue to be resolved. I assumed it was an isolated incident. I was wrong. I've had a few issues now, usually having to do with bill payment problems and activation errors, and I can tell you that I have never once had an issue that it didn't take multiple calls to resolve, and some were never resolved because their customer service representatives are so poorly trained and have so many issues answering simple basic question. This last one, though, really was the last straw. They can't even activate a cell phone they sold without hangups! I will now be telling everyone I know to AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! I've had them for years and I'm not even sticking with them. Any service is better than this one.

Straight Talk Wireless - Hard time paying

the walmart where i live in chico california does not have any 45$ sevice cards available.they tried talking me into buying a 60$ card.i have no use for international calling so i had to buy a pre paid card. then when i tried to pay the bill over the phone they wanted the serial number of the phone. i was doing this for my girlfriend and didnt have any of this info. im disgusted with this phone sevice. i talked all of my family into switching to this service but if the walmart in my area cant provide service cards and your employees are gonna need my name rank and serial number to pay a bill i dont think we will go through all this drama next time id rather buy a new phone than have to go through a debriefing again
