My phone was active n then it got turned off n someone stole my number and they said I transfer my number to another company n I did not And I want to kno why is that... And then I brought a straight talk phone card and tried it and it didn't work and I'm mad so can you please fix this and turn my phone on. They did not turn it back on when I called to see. They said I transfer it but I did not so I do not know what that came from .. Thanks And have a good day

(unlimited)* web moblie access data | Straight Talk Wireless review

Just refill my straight talk account on 7/24/13. On 7/31/13 in 8 days my data usage was over the limit. The occupation I do always online looking up things. I have been with straight talk for two years never had a problem with data usage until yesterday morning when I started to look up things online then I notices that my web moblie access wasn't connected nor my 3g wasn't on. Only thing I was Was getting the registertion failure. The sprint service is having problems with your username/password is incorrect. Please try again. So I called the customer service to see what the problem was. They say it was because I was out out of state and used all my data. It says nationwide so why can't I use it then they say it was my moblie internet state. I was visiting Oklahoma but live in Arkansas and only way they can help me if I change my number to Oklahoma. False advertisement needs to resolved and not say Unlimited* calls, texts, and data nationwide.

Avoid | Straight Talk Wireless review

We activated our Smartphone on July 12th after purchasing the 6 month plan and phone from Walmart. A little more than 2 weeks later the data plan was turned off by Smartphone. When we called we were told we violated the terms of the contract by using too much data. The phone was used to surf the internet and we downloaded 4 youtube videos. The phone was used about 1-2 hours a day. When we asked Smarphone to tell us how much date we used, they said they couldn't. When we asked how much data use is allowed, they said there is no policy. They said after 6 months (when our term is up) we can then buy more service, but there Is no way to start the data service until then. Please stay away from this phone plan. We supposedly used up 6 months worth of "unlimited" data in a little over 2 weeks.

Data Call Failure | Straight Talk Wireless review from Rocky Mount, North Carolina

A repeat of last months service....I have a Network error code 130 unable to establish wireless data connection....So I called Straight talk and they say I have used excessive data....The rep told me I was using my Huawei phone to tether. And because I have used data that was supposed to be "unlimited" they are suspending my data until I pay my bill next month. I just paid my bill and guess what...I have not used it except to check my email twice. A far as tethering, I didn't know the *** phones could tether and I also don't know how to. Since there is a class action suit, I am going to get in on it because this doesn't make sense to me.

I've been having the same problem since this past time I payed my bill. I guess ill be dropping the company next month if this is going to continue next month rather than wasting my money. **** that!!!!

Purchased phone on 6-29-2013; did not work and returned it to Walmart and exchanged it. I had already authorized straight talk to automatically deduct each month for air time. On 7-15-2013 I added international calling since I was assured that Germany was on their calling plan. Instead of charging me $15, they deducted $67.17 from my account. When I tried calling germany the automated system told me that the number cannot be called. I spent 3 hours on the phone with different customer service reps, that told me the number is not in their calling plan! When i asked for a refund they said they do not refund international calling and when i said you @sses double billed me they transferred me again. As of today I still have not received a refund; when writing them all you get is the number to call them and the game begins again. They will keep you on hold for 30 minutes and transfer you from "manager" to "manager". I filled a complaint with the BBB and I will talk to Walmart tomorrow in the hopes of getting my money for the phone back. Better to pay a little more with a company that values their customers.

Within the first 4 days I spent over 6 hours collectively on the phone with "customer service/tech support" The company is a joke, do not buy their service or their phones, their customer service is out of the Philippines, they are full of hot air LITTERALLY. There is no hope, turn back now! These people will transfer you to no end until you lay rotting and stinking in the earth! Then continue to ask you the same dumb questions to waste your time until you go mad and hang up. It is the epitome of insanity. DO NOT DO IT!

Signed up for straight talk for home phone. They transposed two digits of phone number and refuse to fix the problem. They have no idea how to fix the problem. Told me to spend money to reactivate AT&T phone and then call them back and they'll try it all over again. Spent over an hour on the phone with foreign reps and supervisors and each one is complete unable to comprehend the problem or fix the problem. Will now have to return the product or have a wrong phone number. Have been without a phone for over a week and no end in sight!

Ok so it was 4 weeks ago now that i sent my phone off to straight talk. They said i would be receiving a phone in 3-5 bussines days but still no phone.I called 30 times and they tell me the same thing every time. So to day i called,31st time, and she said it should be here no later than 4:30 today and now its 6:03 and still no phone. Im *** at straight talk i actually put my trust in them. Like foreal. I dont know if u should sew or what. Then agin ima call the bbb.

So I have been with Straight Talk for about 2 years and never had an issue with them until today! How can you advertise that you have unlimited talk, text, & web when you suspend somebody's data plan!?!?!? That's false advertising!!! I wouldn't recommend no one to do business with them since they want to tell people what they can or can't do with a phone that the customer paid for!!! Then they say you can only do so much on the phone when browsing on the internet. In that case it's not unlimited!!! I will no longer be a customer of Straight Talk especially after the CSRs & Supervisor was very rude and hung up on me!!!

My wife and I both have the same phone and straight talk service. the phones dont hold a charge, the screens r falling apart, i cant send messages without having at least two bars or service, i get a squealing sound in my ear randomly while talking on the phone. this stuff started less than two weeks after buying the phone. i called straight talk. there response was that i had to wait til the warranty was up to do anything. they would not do anything to fix the problem. this is a terrible company and i hope they go out a business.
