No servive Service Plus app for 9 days the supervisor said I will be in break in person of nothing

I had no service or tears was down they refused to give me any credit and put us back out last year they took 3 auto-pay out of my account said I didn't talk they said I didn't call to report my phone was a great time and I've got the recording of it as well they always use that for an excuse and he'll know Straight Talk steal your data at their pieces of ***

Wait and call office they were nicer in explaining than there supervisor

TELEPHONE NUMBER NOT RECYCLED

THIS COMPANY IS RUN BY TRACPONE, THEY ACTIVATED MY PH AND GAVE ME A PHONE NUMBER THAT WAS SOMEONE ELSES AND THEN I HAD TO SEND MY PHONE BACK SINCE IT WASNT WORKING, THEY LOST THE TRACKING NUMBER, FINALLY GOT MY PH WITH A TELEPHONE NUMBER THEY GAVE ME WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE...

Being double charged every month

I canceled the auto refill in September, but each month they are double charging me and I have tried to fight this with no resolution. They tell me that theyre not overcharging me, yet I have my bank statements. Im very frustrated and dont know how to get my money back from this dishonest company?!?!

Tried to upgrade my phone with no success do to poor customer service

Emailed original complaint and to no surprise did not receive help. Moving on to different service provider. With the fierce price competition customer service is what keeps customers.

The hotspot devices are pointless

I haven't been with straight talk very long at all but for the cheap price the phone service hasn't been the worst, not the best either but that's to be expected.... the other day I decided to buy a hotspot device through them, I also bought a $50 service card specifically meant for that hotspot device which says is valid for 60 days I didn't realize that 5gb meant only 5gigabytes of data, I mistook it for the speed of internet. It says unlimited on the card but also 5gb which doesn't make sense because I realized that it means unlimited talk and text with limited data, but why the *** would anyone want to buy a hotspot device that you can't call or text on and put talk and text service on it with a smaller amount of hotspot data than my phone has ...this was upsetting when I realized the mistake I made in misunderstanding what I was buying... so I called customer service to see if they could do anything for me, or switch it to the regular phone service, which would make more sense because for 10 dollars more I could have had 20 gigs of hotspot, the woman was incredibly rude and treated me as if she was appalled that my data only lasted 3 days and made me feel stupid or something and had an altogether awful attitude towards me, I think I was being fairly patient and nice, I mean this stuff is frustrating as it is but I remained very calm that's just in my nature...so now I have 2 months of service with no hotspot left, and screwed out of 50 bucks I could have spent elsewhere or put towards some unlimited hotspot data with a different company. So knowing what I know now, I will never use straight talk again, like I said the service isn't the best or the worst but it's cheap that's about the only thing I liked. Anyways I'd rather spend the money on better quality service and a hotspot device that makes sense, and also, a better company that has kinder employees.

Was not told truth about air time price

I have a straight talk phone for many years and my wife wanted a phone so she wentr to target and purchase one i took it back for i wonted her to have straight talk so i called a man help me do not know his name the phone was 24.99 i told him i only wonted a 20.00 dollar card he said ok but i would need to get from walmart or get it when i activate the phone i received the phone today and when i called to activate it i was told i would need to ger a 35.00 card told them what the man said but that did not make them any different i feal i have been missed led so they wont me to send it back for refund i told her it would cost me the price of the phone but said could not send return slip transfred me to manager but on help so what can be done to clear this up i and my family are straight talk customers

Data / internet service piggy back my wifi

This is about Straight Wireless Services in this complaint i am not complaining about any other company only Straight wireless services company , I noticed that when i turn my wifi off a day or two after payed services i am not connected through the service in which i payed money for there is no internet connection the page said tap to try again and nothing to the point of pissed off i am sick of this company having to use my home network wifi to connect or not connect internet when services are paid for that specifically they use wifi and disconnect your data services making services unavailable when you shut off your personal home wifi network that you pay for
