Pissed me off
Worst custom service
Mr.
I was double billed for services for the month of 1-20-13 to 2-19-13. When I called to obtain the refund, it took StraightTalk 59 minutes and 6 second to admit their error and agree to correct it.
Although the Customer Service person was polite and respectful, the Company provides AWFUL customer services. Their Corporate greed to pay low wages, and not provide enough representatives to handle issues, and to export their customer services office to another company, just proves how little they respect their employees and customers.
If they don't get it right soon and if they don't provide adequate service personnel to deal with customer service support, they will become history in the phone business. I am already looking for an alternative service

I am just like you, I'm leaving Straight Talk because of the horrendous "customer service." I cannot deal with the *** anymore..
heres one I didn't know when you send 1 message to 3 people in the same message you are charged 3 message min for that , thats crapp, and a rip off :eek
