Pissed me off

I am a straighttalk wireless customer and have been for quite some time now. I bought a new phone because the old one was trippin on me, cutting off whenever, didnt receive calls and text messages, would ring just once couldn't push my buttons. So i bought a new phone and transferred my number over. First off when i paid my bill the next month my phone was turned off anyway because it was still connected to the old phone. Got that taken care of. So i had the phone for maybe two or three months and it just turned off on me and got stuck on the welcome screen. I called customer service and with no problem they agreed to send me a new phone. When i called i got my number changed over to this old phone that was given me all the problems. i hate to wait on the a sim card which was suppose to come the same time the fed ex bag was suppose to come to send the old phone back to receive the new one. they told me both should be there in 3-5 days. i received the sim card in 3 days but the bag never came. so i waited the full 5 days to call customer service. Come to find out the rep didnt send the order all the way through, so i was told to wait 3-5 days again. Again i didnt receive the bag so i called back. This time i talked to a manager someone that spoke English thank God. I finally received my bag to send the old phone off in 3 days. I sent my phone off on Nov 2, 2012 at 2:30ish pm. I waited 5 days to see if they had received it. The rep told me they had and it should be at my house within again 3-5 days. didnt receive the phone. called back the 5th day, again, ill make sure u get your phone in 3-5 days. I finally get the phone and called to have my number switched back ova and waited for the switch ova and the phone neva came on. so me being me as u can see i called back to find out that they had deleted my number out the system and it took 24 hrs to get it back. I was so heated im like f that you gotta accommodate me some kinda of way for all my trouble. So in the end i did get my bill waived for the next month but i still dont feel its fare. I pay straighttalk monthly for service and i should receive my service monthly on time just like i pay for it. Its a good plan and as soon as i find another one with a company store in my area that i dont have to pay a 400 dollar deposit so i wont have to call customer service im switching. That just didnt make any kind of sense to me. STRAIGHTTALK WIRELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS

Worst custom service

Straight Talk has the worst customer service. I have spent three days and many hours try to reach a customer service person, all I have received was recording and the message telling me to call back and hung up on me. My daughter encountered same result. She desperately needs help in solving the problem for swapping to a new phone. It has been three days, she has not been able to reach a live customer service person. What kind business model is this? Do they care about their customers at all? Is this a Chinese company? I am really unhappy with them and will tell everyone about their terrible customer service.

I was double billed for services for the month of 1-20-13 to 2-19-13. When I called to obtain the refund, it took StraightTalk 59 minutes and 6 second to admit their error and agree to correct it.

Although the Customer Service person was polite and respectful, the Company provides AWFUL customer services. Their Corporate greed to pay low wages, and not provide enough representatives to handle issues, and to export their customer services office to another company, just proves how little they respect their employees and customers.

If they don't get it right soon and if they don't provide adequate service personnel to deal with customer service support, they will become history in the phone business. I am already looking for an alternative service

I spent 3 hrs with so called customer service only thing I found out they did admit I was rip off then I got the run around had to give the same *** a zip code 9 times no thing was done to solve the problem every time im in walmart I will complain in front of the straitshit display its pretty bad to do this to a disabled person couldn't even dial 911 im traveling cross country an paying for nation wide service an they say I dont have it

Customer service SUCKS

I had coverage issues with my ST service that was using ATT cells so I bought the T Mobile sim card through ST and switched service over. Lost phone service immediately and could not get service back. After 15 hours I decided to call technical support, talked to one guy for over an hour after waiting 30 minutes and got nowhere, tried calling again and waited over two hours on hold and finally gave up. They have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE period! They are completely under-manned and can't handle the volume of calls. DO NOT SWITCH as it is not worth the few dollars you save.

I Cannot Activate New Phone

I have been trying to activate my new cell phone for 3 days now. The contact phone number does not work.It is not on my end as I went to the local Wal-Mart and had them try.They get the same non answer I get.Asked to transfer a existing number to my new straight talk phone and they ask if I am calling from my existing phone,say thank you and then disconnect. I have tried to create a account online and that goes in the same non-circles. E-mails take up to five days for a response,you can't create a account online,and the phone number to switch a number to a new phone is worthless. My checking account is debited 45.00 a month and is current I would like this transferred to a new straight talk phone Can you spare a few minutes to give me a contact number with a live person so that I may use one of your phones and continue my existing service. This is possibly the worst service I have ever paid for. Please give me live contact information

Sorry man. Did you ever get it working now that its been a couple of years? I have a straight talk phone that I used in California and am now in Kalamazoo Michigan and was wondering if its worth buying airtime for it here?

STRAIGHT TALK PHONE SERVICE SUCKS!

my phone won't activate. I can't call customer service becasue I can't make any calls on my phone. I sent them an e-mail. They responded from an automatic system that I cannot respond to that they make take up to 5 days to respond to me. I had to wait until the next day to call customer service from my work phone. As I write this, I have been on hold for 1 hour already. Still holding. I'm bombarding them with e-mails. This is really frustrating. I had cricket, and I think I'm going back to them. They helped me set up my phone right away and I could call customer service immediately even before I had a phone number. I could also get internet constantly, on the bus, anywhere - forget it with Straight Talk. the only time I can get internet is when I'm getting my Time Warner Cable wireless in my apartment. $45 for nothing. I guess you get what you pay for. This has been very insulting. I hope people listen to this and that we shut them down. Straight Talk - YOU SUCK!

Strait Talk Wireless

This phone is the greatest thing I've ever had. unilimited everything for only $45 per month- you can't beat that.. my phone is actually on the verizon network.. it's the best. thanks for saving me thousands of dollars per year. This will not go through unless I type 100 words or more but I do not have that much more to say. Strait Talk has been great for me but then again I'm not a loser and I pay my bills on time and I don't like to complain when someone mails me a bill and pretend service sucks so I don't have to pay it.

I can't believe that Walmart & Apple are so greedy...

Bought an iPhone 5 yesterday from Walmart only to find that after 3 hours on the phone with Straight Talk "customer service", my mobile web and MMS could not be activated. Instead, their customer service sent a link to "apple.com/support/iphone". What a joke! Trying to save a few bucks has never been so annoying. Returning the phone and RUNNING back to Verizon Wireless. I can't believe that Walmart and Apple have become so greedy to partner with this type of company. Tim Cook has officially sold the company's soul. As a long time Apple user, I know that Steve Jobs must be turning in his grave!

Mine works fine. Is an Apple issue but can be overridden.

Apple does not completely unlock its unlocked phones. Have to do a sim card swap to get full service. Took twenty minutes.

Google iphone 5 + straight talk ...or go to YouTube and do the same. $45 a month is tough to beat.

Can not ever resolve a problem.

I use my phone for legal purposes mostly and Straight talk will disconnect my conversation to put an automated voice message about my phone end date and the number of text/ phone minutes I have left even though I have just refilled it. This is really annoying especially when you have a client on the phone and get cut off. I have file complaints with consumer affairs and the FCC but nothing has been done yet. I think we need to get a group to file suite against them. Who all wants to do that? The more we have in the group the faster the company will know we are serious.

I tried Straight Talk home phone and they do suck. The customer service people speak broken English a mile a minute and act like they don't know what's going on.

Never got mine working properly. I switched to Verizon at only $19.95 per month for the same deal and glad to spend the extra $5 per month.

Huawei & Striaght Talk-on my 3rd dysfuncional phone, will not refund price

I bought a Huawei Android/Straight Talk Phone thru Walmart, the first one did not keep a signal & kept shutting down, returned to Walmart for another, that phone died in 2 days, Straight Talk will not refund my money. Last Sunday my phone went dead with the message "Keyboardprogramming has stopped". Couldn't access ANYTHING. Monday I was very sick but had no way of calling for help because this is the only phone I have and RELY on. Tuesday I went back to Walmart so I could use their phone to call Customer Service. After finallly agreeing that my phone was effed they are sending me a new phone in 3-5 days. I asked that they send it overnight, they would not do that. They asked for another phone # where I could be reached. COME ON! I asked them do they expect their customers to keep a back up phone? I have anold Bet 10 phone I had to but time for to use while I wait for my 150.00 Android phone to be reolaced. I want my money back, Straight Talk & Huawei are the woest, do not buy. Filing complaints w BBB & FCC

Mine locks up keyboard and apps. It kicks off internet all the time.

I call and the foreign guy says nope it shows your phone is working fine. It is a piece of ***.

No customer service, Monthly air time card won't activate.

After adding a new air time card, the phone has not worked since. When calling customer service, I get a message that they can't answer my call due to heavy call volume. Guess there are a lot of unhappy customers... On day 4 of continued calling, I finally got a person on the line after 45 minutes on hold. She reset the airtime, and it worked until the next morning and went out again. So, after purchasing a new phone, going through the hassle of setting up the account, and now loosing $30.00 on a phone card and being without service for a week, I gave up and went to Verizon...

Couldn't activate service and they refused to give me refund

I tried multiple times to get my service activated and without going into the long story, had a second sim card mailed to me, about 4 phone calls, hours on hold and still no working phone number. Once you get someone on the phone, they still don't know what they are doing. Then I got fed up and told them if they couldn't activate my service I wanted a refund, which they refused to give me saying that their policy is no refunds. So I'll stick with ATT. If they are this bad before you even sign up, I hate to think about the problems I could have once I have the service.

Used plan card

Ordered phone and plan card from straight talk website. When it arrived I tried to activate the phone and the website informed me that the plan card number had been used already. Called customer service and was told that I should go to WalMart and purchase a new card. When I told them I did not buy from WM and had not used the plan yet they told me that was all they could suggest (i.e. I must be a criminal trying to get free minutes). Currently trying to get charges reversed on my credit card as ST states, in no uncertain terms, that plans are non-refundable.

Run Away As Fast As You Can From Straightalk!

Tried calling customer service today and the automated message said to call back because they were too busy. ARE YOU KIDDING ME! WHAT LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THIS? You get what you pay for. Renewed on 11/23 and can't use my phone because they say I have insuffcient funds. ARE YOU KIDDING ME! They have my money, I can't use my phone, and customer service is unreachable. CHEAP! CHEAP! CHEAP! No wonder its sold at Walmart.......Please, do yourself a favor, pay a little more with one of the major companies. It's worth it in the long run.

Nightmare customer service

Really bad customer service more than once, wish they would learn ENGLISH!! Had to call more than once to get phone card activated. Add card said all good then try to make call 20 days in to my service plan when come to find out no phone but i had text. well in the end nothing for the lost besides being call a liar and this is the first time suck it up. been with them 3 year it was the last time i was hearing that, i would never tell anybody to buy their service waste of money no coverage, service, or customer service for that matter worst phone company I've used. knew they was bad year ago but didn't want to buy new phone, service, and everything after dropping over 100 bucks on it but Now after this call *** I'll get a contact phone before ever thinking about them again, Walmart is a scam!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
