I am a new straight talk customer and i regret my choice in this plan. It has been 3 days and i still do not have a signal or a phone number. I keep calling the customer service center and am constantly told by someone who speaks very little english that i should turn my phone off then back on every hour. After a day and a half of this i was told to wait another 24hrs to allow the phone to find a tower in my area.And guess what the results are.??? You guessed it.! No working phone.!! Now i am being told to hand upload a code given by the service rep. who now says i have to wait another 24hrs. I am cutting my loses and going back to T-mobile.

Straight Talk Wireless in Naples, Florida - Horrible service This service works great for a few days

When you do have problems they give you someone who has a problem with the english language and an attitude to boot. This is absolutely the worse service available and I'll tell anybody that will listen to me not to use it . One big problem and if you have loved ones on the road please don't get them this service as there is no reliability factor envolved with this company.My phone number 239 298 2612 give it a try' sometimes it works most times /like when you really need it, it don't. I have family arriving today and a heavy schedule this lousy phone is of no help to me at all. The only thing worse than the phone is the customer service. Do yourself a favor and buy a can and string before you buy this service you sure can't do any worse.
