i have straight talk and it work very good and i get the best service around were i go to the mountain.I go out of states with straight talk and home phone one really good and my alot of my family what to straight talk that all we use the other company get alots of drop calls and i do alots of things with straight talk when my time is up i go get other card i pragram it to my phone go fast when i go on line with my card and my phone does run out of time...............

Straight talk shut down my voice service yet I still have texting. I"ve not even close to using my time I purchased & lost $$$ due to this! You can not even get a human to talk to! This is a RIP OFF! Do not buy this service! I"ve tied numerous times to talk to a service person to no avail. You also cannot even get information service without alot of adds. This is the worst service I"ve ever encountered! Do yourself a favor and get any other plan but this bogus rip off! I still cannot reach anyone!!

was going on winter vacation due to health for 4 months had to get phone coverage so I could be sure to get help if I needed it due to health and traveling as a single older women . Everyone suggested straight talk so went to Walmart had to purchase straight talk phone & 45$ card ok well worth it for what i needed rightttttt? Not thuo I called straight talk and asked at walmart was told this would do perfect for me . not true for I totally lost service many many times could not get or send pics for I own a business as well someone else was running and needed this feature to use my whole trip well guess what even thuo i was told again no problems well problems losing money for I can not send or recieve pics or even have communications with my store 80% of the time so how much money am I losing due to this phone tooo much . called straight talk after total of 4 days on phone equally 4 hours or customer service bs and run around still no satisfaction so whats a person suppose to do keep losing money and being treated rude by customer service ...this is very bad & sad customer relations when I get back home I definatly will be changing service and let everyone know how poorly the service & customer service is with this company

It is very frustrating to speak with a Straight Talk customer service representative that can not speak fluent English. The first of the conversation I ask for their name and ask if for any reason the call is disconnected can they please call me back.

Going through the automated service is time consuming and reaching the correct department is time consuming as well. Finally, if your call isn’t disconnected and you reach a live person it is a constant repeat telling them “Can you repeat that”, then “I am having difficulty understanding you” time is marching on. They put you on hold and the annoying elevator music begins for oh, 2-7 minutes. I don’t know why because I didn’t understand a word they said.

Then they return to the call and begin again. I find myself saying, “Huh, what, Sir, Mam, I still can not understand you” At this point I have reached my limit and have gotten no where. They ring me to a different department. Oh, please I hope this person speaks fluent English.

No. They do not! I begin the same start over Q&A for a second time. I promise, I have been patient and kind but after 15 possibly 20 minutes I snap!

My Courtesy switch just flipped to OFF. I say, I have been on the phone with Straight talk now for a total of approximately 35 minutes or longer. “I no longer will speak with you. You are incapable of speaking fluent English.

Connect me to a Representative that Speaks Primary English as their first Language.” Their Response is I apologize, can you understand me now? Yes, I got that finally. Now...Can...You...Comprehend? I said, I Do Not Understand you.

You can NOT speak fluent English! I refuse to continue repeating myself. Why, the *** you have this job is beyond me! Connect...Me...To Someone who speaks English as their Primary Language immediately.

I am put on hold again to Elevator Music for ever how many minutes I have pissed the last representative off. Now, the Fluent English Representative answers and I get to repeat it all over again. A pain in the *** Waste of my time. He says, that is our overseas department.

How, the *** can I bypass them? Mam, you can’t. Frustrated but my problem is resolved. I receive a text message, If you wish to speak with an America Representative you can pay X amount of Dollars.

What a Joke! Straight Talk has to be the worst when it comes to Customer Service. Never again. To the curb!

Cheap overseas labor and I pay for this crap. Keep jobs in America.

Think twice before using Straight Talk. They can talk but good luck on understanding a damn word they say.

Buy a better phone and quit crying. I have Straight Talk and my phone is just fine.
