I dont have straight talk and I just got charged 7 times for 31.20 that is 218.40 so my bank called me had to file a police report n get a new card. I called them to see who used my card and they wouldn't give me any information they can take my money but can't tell me who used it or give me the number or account of the person that stole money from me so I can give it to the cops so they can find them. It also depends on the phone you bought. If you bought an Android smart phone you might of noticed on the Android coverage map it sucks in Oregon.

Now if you bought just a regular straight talk phone you should not have a problem.

So people please be smart enough to look at both coverage maps. One is called the Non-Android map and the other is the Android Coverage Map.

Boost Mobile is same price (if you count the cost of HASSLE) and they have an amazing hotspot service that comes with their plans. Makes you wonder how much straighttalk is gouging us.

I mean UNLIMITED HIGH-SPEED DATA... that's exactly what it says yet it is in no sense of the word unlimited. It does say speeds may slow during busy times but that is understandable. CUTTING service because of use of an already purchased product is unbelievable, sad and oh so unprofessional.

Congratulations Straighttalk executives, you officially has THE WORST service that offers "unlimited" data.

You are sad and greedy and hide behind terms of service YOU HAVE TO USE THE INTERNET TO VIEW. I hope you treat your employees better than your customers but for some reason I highly doubt that.

I bought a proclaim a week before christmas.Then i bought $45 card on 1-18-13 and i saw that there was no 3g symbol yet i could still make phone calls. so Last week i spent three hours on my work phone.

one hour on hold and two hours talking to two diffrent people to find out that i lost my 3g data. I hate to talk to ST reps because of having to constantly ask them to please repeat themselfs. anyway i had to send them my phone to receive a new one wich i am watting on. It might be in next week.I just hope that it was the phone and not because of foxfi app.

they could not tell me what happend evan if they could i dont think i would be able to understand the words comming from their mouths.CAN YOU PLEASE REPEAT THAT!!!!!!!!!!! :upset :sigh :(

They're currently trying to scam me. Up until yesterday I had never heard of this company.

They somehow charged my bank account.

So, I called the company and had them refund the amount and the same day, they withdrew the same amount. I didn't receive the phone call and I'm not their customer.

Unfortunately I used my debit card and the Credit Union cou;d not stop payment.

I think we should be complaining to Wal-Mart since they seem to be the exclusive provider of the service. In fact I am going to e-mail them right now and suggest they look at all the complaints on this web site....
