I placed an order with Straight Talk for a sims card and unlimited talk,text, and media that is advetised hundreds of times on tv I payed for the overnight shipping. Ordered on a Sunday which is one of the *excluded shipping days I understand that but now is Wednesday and I have no package. I spoke to everyone at Straight Talk about my situation and all they could tell me was that if the order ever arrives at my door just refuse it and I will receive my refund. I just wanted my package not false advertisement be carefull.

I purchased my first straight talk phone in March, 2012. Within a month, the phone stopped working. I got a replacement phone and that one stopped working as well. I replaced the phone again, and it stopped working 2 weeks later. I returned the last phone, but they sent me back a cheaper phone as replacement. I called them and spent 1hr50min on the phone explaining that they sent me the wrong phone. They sent me another replacement, but this phone was also incorrect. When I called them again, I spent 1hr on the phone with them, then was disconnected. I called again and spent another 1hr30min trying to get this matter resolved. This ussue is still unresolved a month later.

I ordered a cell phone from Straight Talk. When the order was complete, a message came up saying "do you want to display items sent unsecurely?" When I said yes, it took away my order confirmation page before i could print, and told me that the sale did not process correctly and the sale was invalid. I went through the ordering process over again and this time did not choose yes when the same message came up on the screen. I printed the order confirmation and then checked my bank account to see if the money had been reserved, yet. On the bank statement, it showed that the money had been reserved two times. I called Straight Talk on the customer line and told them what had happened. They looked into my account, didn't find any order numbers and finally found the order number that I printed the second time. They assured me that there wasn't a second order placed, that it had not been processed and that the second charge being held for reserve would be released then the banks re-opened. Monday, I checked my account again finding that the two charges were still pending. By Tuesday, both charges were placed, I received the first phone on Tuesday and the second (unwanted) phone on Thursday. When I called them on Thursday to tell them that I had a phone that I did not want, they informed me that it would be 30 days before I received my money ($200.00) back AFTER the phone was received by them. Also, I had to pay for the shipping (with tracking) back to them for a phone that I didn't want in the first place. When I asked them for compensation for the time spent on the phone, placing the order, and all of the hassle that I had to go through to get a *** phone, they compensated me with 10 service days. I am royally ticked! Seriously thinking about changing companies!! Wishing I knew a lawyer to help me file a suit!

I have e-mailed and called Straight Talk many times, wasting hours on end talking and holding. My old Nokia E71 phone worked good with signal but not anything else. I moved up to the Samsung Proclaim and don't have any service. All they have done is told me to send my phone back in and they will try replacing it with another phone. The problem is, they don't have a phone like the Proclaim. I'm guessing they will try to give me an old phone that has been referbished instead of finding something better. Any suggestions?

My Straight Talk phone is set up on auto pay.BIG MISTAKE. TodayJuly 19,2012 my mobilephone showed zero days and zero minutes. JULY 02 2012 MY CREDIT CARD WAS CHARGED for 30 days service. The first two straight talk associates wanted to charge my credit card for additional minutes.I had not used half of the minutes I purchase each month. my problem was finally solved after two hours and 5 associates. I work and do not have 2 extra hours to be bothered with their error.I lost my temper which I feel bad about. Straight Talk still, after 5days, has not set up my cell service. I paid for one month service and a sim card. The card must be defective and the said they would send a replacement. I called today and the replacement still has not shipped. I am totally pissed. I have been without a phone since July 13 since my cell is my primary phone. Their customer service seems to be lacking. They give several different numbers to call but they all seem to go to the same helpdesk. And with all the complaints that I've read why are they still in business?
