Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund.
I received my refund, then received a letter stating that they were upgrading their home service and the home phone box I just purchased not a year ago will no longer work.This complaint has been resolved.I NO LONGER HAVE HOME PHONE SERVICE THROUGH THEM.
A lot of wasted time with the representatives.
