PHONES NOT ACTIVATED

i called to activate my phone and transferred my number from walmart family mobile to straight talk when i went thru the prompt on the phone asked for serial # and the 15 digit card # Now both phones arent even working so that i can call straight talk to ask for help. Also it never asked for the sim #

Someone using account

Someone has my straight talk device and I did not grant them permission the number was 870-520-**** but now it's saying this no longer in service or the number has been changed or disconnected every time I call it and I'm really tired of this ridiculousness
