Cant get in to my voicemail

3.5 hours and 5 representatives (poor phone connection, roosters crowing loudly in back ground, and difficult to understand due to heavy accent) and I still cant get in to voicemail. Told there is no IT to get more help. VERY frustrating. Need my voicemail!!

User's recommendation: Find company with US based IT help.

Question about new phone

My wife recently died and the Okaloosa County Sheriff's Department took our phones and I wanted to know if I purchased a new phone can my number be transferred to the new phone. My question was not answered
