User's recommendation: Straight Talk has hit or miss customer service representatives. I've dealt with them on behalf of 3 different people and the experience sucks more often than not. Save yourself a headache and money, get a different service.

- Csas do not have interdepartmental communication
- Customer service is unreliable
- No issue ticket numbers for reference
