My plan went out Apr 30 may the 1st my phone number I have had for 6 mths got sold to someone els

Sold my number one day after time went out the guy that got my number has been getting my bank statements took money out my account my mom is sick and she called he said some things no one should ever said to a mother dude has been stocking my wife I spent 8 hours on phone talk to 14 people that hung up on me over and over they never call back then they close so the next day I talk to 4 people 5 hours try telling me my phone hasn't been used cents 2019 but I got text from them saying my time go's out Apr 30th can't tell me why my number got sold after haven it for long time now not happy I been with them 5 years my whole family has been but if they can't fix it we all going to another companyWtf

No hot spot

Iv always bought the 55 dollar plan for years and this one time 45 dollar card times are tough just didn't have the money to buy 55doller card I dedent know that my hot spot would not work to run my Roku tv for the kids so I had anogh points to add on ten dollars to the 45 doller plan to make it 55 doller plan I did this didn't work so I called straight talk they said Sayed since I didn't buy 55 doller plan there was nothing they could do and I wasted all my points they wanted to sell me a nother 55 doller card thin they could fix it and I have been with straight talk for years this really sucks for the kids

The pandemic

Im writing to explain my discontent in ur working with you customers during this pandemic.first ive been a straight talk customer over 9 years.i recently retired an get no benifits untill end of the month. My service end date in febuary was 22nd of month i get a disabilty ck on 26th . I called your customer service asked for an exstinison of service untill the 26th you denied me an shut my phone off the 22nd. With most BIG MAJOR CORPERATIONS EXSTENDING CUSTOMERS PAYMENT DATES. But straight talk offer Any Customer Any sort of exstinsions NO ABSOLUTLY NOT. Its sad to know ive spent so much money to a provider that cares so little about their customers. Belive this i Am searching for another provider that fits my needs an when i do i will end my association with you. GREG BURCHETT

im probably going to end my straight talk services in a cpl days and end all corporate holdings with any associated entities; I love anonymity but have almost 1b in aasets; after this the big corp jerks will never forget my families last name or where we came from and when. the # lionheart still beats!

I pay for unlimited high speed and can't even get signal most of the time anymore! Customer service is lacking and I keep being told; reset the phone, take out sim card and put it back, we're working on the towers, so sorry you're dealing with this, etc.. all of which is *** Please fix this asap or I will be switching providers and getting some money back for such poor service!
