My data runs so slow after i top up...and its not fair...i dont think yall are worth 45 a month....still waiting on custsrv to contact me...i should be reinversed or something....if cant compensate or whatever...then i think i will check on other companies

even when i use wifi phone runs slow. Data runs out way to early before bill is due. Cant even upgrade on newer phones when youve been a customer for 2 years or more. I'm going to look for a new phone provider to see if i can get a better deal and better service

Straight Talk Wireless - Straight talk is ok

Been with straight talk for 10 years and service has been pretty good. tech support is better done online than on the phone since agents are in another country and sometimes hard to understand. Having an account online has been nice when changing phones or adding a service plan. call and internet service has been good most places but like any cellular company there are spots with no service. My phone box has the red map it so it's on verizon In closing I have to say I'll be staying with straight talk since it's working ok for me

I am verry upset at straight talk.We received at least 25 calls that we never made ! Those calls were called back because those calls showed up as we called them.

..We didn't even use the phone because we were also at work.Rude people called us because of something we didn't do.Streight talks suggestion.Change your number! He'll no to the no.I have had this # for 25 years.Stop blaming the concerned for your problems.You need to work your problems out and stop putting it on the people that are customers.
