Despite being fined for this same issue, straight talk continues to shut off data or slow it down. File a complaint with FTC and Consumer Protection Agency. This is the only way to stop this practice.

I totally agree, you pile up the hours on Facebook over the holidays, few evenings of ***. Come Monday when you need it to play a training video.

Dam thing loads slow, or kick itself out, due to timed out? I for one, know the definition of UNLIMITED....Clearly straight talk feels, unlimited through a filter, or flat out choked out...is unlimited..

I purchased a straight talk phone from Walmart last month. We tried to just get it unlocked.

They said no very rudely. So today I buy their plan because the lady said it would work (the lady from straight talk) Went to active the phone the guy says oh no it will not work in your area. WTH? I just spent $35.00 plus tax for a card that's non refundable.

I want my money back straight talk! My lawyer friend said a reputable company would refund it because customer service told me to buy the card.

Can’t activate new iPhone | Straight Talk Wireless review

We bought my daughter a new iPhone specifically from straight talk. They say they can’t activate it because there isn’t a Verizon tower near us but my husband who has Verizon service is sitting right beside me with full service. Their solution is to take the phone back and get another one. That’s a 60 mile round trip and they’re selling the phones on the Verizon network. It’s pointless.
