Can't get my phone number switched to straight talk

I've tried for 3 days to get my phone changed to straight talk. I have been disconnected 5 times, no one can tell me what the problem is that they can't complete the transfer.

I've asked for a supervisor 4 times and put on hold and the call dropped. If I can find out what the problem is, I don't know if I'm going to go with straight talk. If you would get Americans as techs it might help.

I will put "NOT TO USE STRAIGHT TALK" every where I can. This is the worse company I have ever used and I had straight talk 6 months ago.

Order status

I have called your customer service over half a dozen times, only to be rerouted and disconnected each time. I placed a Sim card order on Feb 20 and still have not received any notification regarding shipping status. This card is for my daughter, a college student who cannot use her phone without it. Phone works just fine my account says inactive when I try to use transfer wizard it tells me it can't confirm me as a network customer but the phone works. My account still has the number of the old phone listed

Transfer wizard refuse to accept my phone number as being a network customer so I took it out and just put in 10 random numbers and it worked like a charm I have no idea what numbers I even put in kind of strange

Phone switch and loss of all service

I needed to switch phones because 1 was damaged. Upon switching I lost all service on both phone. Also I purchased a 1 year service contract. So in no way should any service be interrupted. I had to go online in an attempt to get my service back. The computer generated chat is lacking. I had to almost beg to get the chat to help. With that said, the young lady in the Philippines was excellant. She needs a small raise.

Need to port #413-218-**** to Verizon to be able to keep phone #and transfer to a used I phone.

Keep getting disconnected when transferring to representatives to help. Asked to press 3 to hold or 1 to call back . Get disconnected if you press either.

Waiting on new Sim card

Bought new iphone13 and despite what the website says, they were unable to activate the phone. Said I needed to buy a new Sim card.

Purchased the card over a week ago and paid for express shipping so that I'd have it in 2 days.

Still hasn't shipped and unable to get any support person to check on the status of the order, much less to try to speed up the process. They are extremely unwilling to help at all.

Never had any issue with them for the last 4 years and was very satisfied...until this fiasco.

I'm still not happy with the fact that I have my other phone out there that they had logged into my Gmail and it has private stuff on there and I'm going to contact Walmart now for customer service because that is against anything to keep someone's phone with their private stuff in there.

I was on vacation last week and my phone must have gotten wet or something happened! Long story short I went to the nearest Walmart and I paid I think $179 for the phone they said I could hook the phone up myself they said I could come back tomorrow if I couldn't well I tried all night and all the rest of the day even use someone else's phone to call and call and call straight talk they even called someone back a neighbor that was near where I was staying they didn't return any other calls at all they are not helpful I was without a phone for 4 days!

Also the last Walmart same Walmart I went to got the phone before I left to come home because I have a lot of family and members and grandkids that were really worried I had to have a phone it would not return my phone for even a cheaper phone even higher phone!

They left me in there with this time about 4 hours of getting nothing done but giving me a new phone and it's saying it wouldn't work either but my gmails were left on the other phone I have started putting everything together on this phone and it's acting as if it's activated I called straight talk I can't get anything accomplished I can't get anything to say that what's happened or whatever I know I have a phone now and I'm learning how to work it but I'm so displeased with this I will not contact and continue to contact anybody because I need to be contacted ASAP by supervisor or somebody because I have spent much time trying to get this done and I'm very very unhappy like I said!! Okay now I've added minutes last night on my phone and they did not go through so therefore I cannot make any calls or anything I'm on Wi-Fi but I cannot get this straightened out until I get to another phone and have to stay on the phone which will probably be later and they'll be closed !! I'm supposed to receive phone calls from my lawyer concerning my nanny and my aunt's death okay so this is very important to me this is what I'm talking about they didn't have the phone I bet you they don't have it registered I don't understand this and I really am upset about this this is very important

Can not Reactivate after they wrongly disconnected

Straight Talk sent an e-mail after they disconnected.

They said we cancelled the Auto Refill. WE DID NO SUCH THING.

They say the number that we have had for double-digit years is no longer in their system.

I had two phones through them, I am leaving them for a real company.

They are holding the number, and we CAN NOT port it to another carrier, holding our number as hostage now.

I have been disconnected twice after finally reaching a human, how funny they can't or won't fix what they broke.

I had the same thing happen. Their system deactivated my phone on 12/21/2021 without my permission.

I went on chat and the representive said that their system deactvated thousands of phones by mistake and sent their numbers to another carrier. Still trying to unwind the problem with cutormer service.

Bad customer service

Have to call them once a week with issues. Dropped calls , no network ,full bars with no service, data throttling.

I pay for unlimited and I do not receive what I'm paying for. When I call them they always walk me through my phone settings.

It sometimes fixes the issue for a day or so and I'm calling them back the next day with more issues. Bought a brand new straight talk phone and had to continually do software updates, this company is an absolute joke.dont waste your money

Poor customer service

I am and exsisting customer and have been for several years. I have 3 lines with them.

To start with it has to be an act of congress to even get to customer service and when you do you can't understand a damn thing they say.

I usually have to solve my own problems because they don't know how or won't do it.

I have 7000 rewards points in hold for what I don't know and I want to use them to pay for my service.

Basically overall lousy customer service. Been with them for several years and am now looking for another company!!!

Preferred solution: let me use my rewards point when I want to. No reason they should have to be in an account for 60 days!!! And get some customer service people that you can understand!!!

I still can not use my pH

I have called 10 times and have had 10 different agent, asked to speak to supervisor. To 9nly still have same problem.

They only want to keep repeating thanks you for information. Then I get transferred to someone who is going to help me. Guess what??? Been disconnected somehow everytime.

This is absolutely the worst experience I have has in my life. So bad that after years of service.
