Can't get my phone number switched to straight talk
I've tried for 3 days to get my phone changed to straight talk. I have been disconnected 5 times, no one can tell me what the problem is that they can't complete the transfer.
I've asked for a supervisor 4 times and put on hold and the call dropped. If I can find out what the problem is, I don't know if I'm going to go with straight talk. If you would get Americans as techs it might help.
I will put "NOT TO USE STRAIGHT TALK" every where I can. This is the worse company I have ever used and I had straight talk 6 months ago.

I purchased a BYOP kit and the air time would not work

Phone works just fine my account says inactive when I try to use transfer wizard it tells me it can't confirm me as a network customer but the phone works. My account still has the number of the old phone listed
Phone switch and loss of all service
User's recommendation: Don't switch unless you have another phone-in available.
Need to port #413-218-**** to Verizon to be able to keep phone #and transfer to a used I phone.
Keep getting disconnected when transferring to representatives to help. Asked to press 3 to hold or 1 to call back . Get disconnected if you press either.

Need account number
I have an account with straight talk and have had for years phone number 903-588-**** and the problem is my phone quit working and I can't get in it to retrive any information like account number and I know I have some reward point that I would like to redeem for the purchase of a new phone. So if you would be so kind to tell me how I can get into my account I would greatly appreciate it.

Bought new iphone13 and despite what the website says, they were unable to activate the phone. Said I needed to buy a new Sim card.
Purchased the card over a week ago and paid for express shipping so that I'd have it in 2 days.
Still hasn't shipped and unable to get any support person to check on the status of the order, much less to try to speed up the process. They are extremely unwilling to help at all.
Never had any issue with them for the last 4 years and was very satisfied...until this fiasco.

I'm still not happy with the fact that I have my other phone out there that they had logged into my Gmail and it has private stuff on there and I'm going to contact Walmart now for customer service because that is against anything to keep someone's phone with their private stuff in there.

Also the last Walmart same Walmart I went to got the phone before I left to come home because I have a lot of family and members and grandkids that were really worried I had to have a phone it would not return my phone for even a cheaper phone even higher phone!
They left me in there with this time about 4 hours of getting nothing done but giving me a new phone and it's saying it wouldn't work either but my gmails were left on the other phone I have started putting everything together on this phone and it's acting as if it's activated I called straight talk I can't get anything accomplished I can't get anything to say that what's happened or whatever I know I have a phone now and I'm learning how to work it but I'm so displeased with this I will not contact and continue to contact anybody because I need to be contacted ASAP by supervisor or somebody because I have spent much time trying to get this done and I'm very very unhappy like I said!! Can not Reactivate after they wrongly disconnected
Straight Talk sent an e-mail after they disconnected.
They said we cancelled the Auto Refill. WE DID NO SUCH THING.
They say the number that we have had for double-digit years is no longer in their system.
I had two phones through them, I am leaving them for a real company.
They are holding the number, and we CAN NOT port it to another carrier, holding our number as hostage now.
I have been disconnected twice after finally reaching a human, how funny they can't or won't fix what they broke.

Bad customer service
Have to call them once a week with issues. Dropped calls , no network ,full bars with no service, data throttling.
I pay for unlimited and I do not receive what I'm paying for. When I call them they always walk me through my phone settings.
It sometimes fixes the issue for a day or so and I'm calling them back the next day with more issues. Bought a brand new straight talk phone and had to continually do software updates, this company is an absolute joke.dont waste your money

I am and exsisting customer and have been for several years. I have 3 lines with them.
To start with it has to be an act of congress to even get to customer service and when you do you can't understand a damn thing they say.
I usually have to solve my own problems because they don't know how or won't do it.
I have 7000 rewards points in hold for what I don't know and I want to use them to pay for my service.
Basically overall lousy customer service. Been with them for several years and am now looking for another company!!!
Preferred solution: let me use my rewards point when I want to. No reason they should have to be in an account for 60 days!!! And get some customer service people that you can understand!!!

A straight talk phone is not activated still you can call me at (812)517-**** my daughter's pH and I'll explain don't have 2 hours everyday to explain this and be transferred and transferred and transferred!!

I need my account number and pin
I searched for an hour on the login page to find my account number and change my PIN. After being unsuccessful, I just wanted to speak to a live person for assistance. The live chat was not helpful as well
Customer Service is ridiculous
I have called 10 times and have had 10 different agent, asked to speak to supervisor. To 9nly still have same problem.
They only want to keep repeating thanks you for information. Then I get transferred to someone who is going to help me. Guess what??? Been disconnected somehow everytime.
This is absolutely the worst experience I have has in my life. So bad that after years of service.
