Dear pissed off fellow Americans. Pretty sad when a phone " supposedly " cost's 400-800 smackaroonies.

plus 250 termination fees because of their lack of signal and customer service. In reality, cheap as the parts really are, their cost is equivalent to cost of a bowl of rice! Seriously! We bust our a**'s every day to pay our taxes.

Our govt gives away our jobs to this flunkies, no wonder were having a h*** of a time putting food on our table for our family to eat.

What d*** shame. America, WAKE UP!

@AlexTrac -Thanks, i noticed at 3:00 AM i forgot to pay my bill the day before, could not reactivate my phone on their site because it said i needed to call support. Well their support is 8AM-12AM, so no one answered, but your chat link worked, i was able to chat with an agent and get my service reactivated. THANKS A BUNCH!

I have an iPad Air 2 and was using the T-Mobile free data for life, but it ran out and my account had frozen up, so I had bought a straight talk data sim, item worked but I didn't get lte, so I called their support and they provisioned my account and it didn't work, so I called apple customer service and they were kind of helpful until the call got disconnected, however after that I got LTE, weirdly it seems to default to 4G and it's like they have to allow me access to the LTE network, but it does work happily

I bought the lg optimus smart phone and I have had troubles from the get go! When the battery dies and you turn it back on, you can send text messages and not receive them. I lost 2 jobs because of this and when I call the customer service to explain what happen they just give you the same Bull$#!t run around in some foreign language you can not understand! I also have a problem with the screen going black during a phone call and not coming back on. In short this phone is garbage and the customer service is a pile of ***! This company is scam and they have no sympathy for there customers. I am taking them to court for loss of wages and breaking a contract. Stay away from this plan!

I was overcharged and hung up on SEVERAL times! They lied over and over. First is was the governments fault, then it was my fault for signing up for automatic payment which I NEVER EVER sign up for. I don't like ANYONE taking my money without my permission! I get paid different times of the month is the 2nd reason why I NEVER sign up for automatic payment. All I know is 20 years ago they would have lost their jobs for treating people the way they want! I a dealing with the same problem. Straight Talk gave the same runaround call Samsung, call Google.

Their cell service is pretty good.

But for this reason I am thinking about switching carriers. Congratulations Straight Talk wireless, you have another pissed off customer!!
