Straight Talk is horrible, there customer service is non-functionable. I have hat 4 phones in two years and about two month of lost service which they will not give me credit for.
They build the phones to there specs and do so by building in the SIM card so you can't take it with you (Samsung Gall Slll).
Nobody speaks ENGLISH, so you understand about every 5th word, it takes hours to get through to them, and when they do they you are on a merry-go-round. They really should shut the doors and be defendants in a class action suit.
