Worst ever. One year i put up with the throttled data 5gigs and i never do music of movies, ocationaly utube. I called them A *** customer care person disabled my phone. Liars liars liars. I then paid for the 10 gigs and it was worse. I droped and went to Metro pcs is great. 25 gigs now in first month. Go to hail straight talk.

I recently had surgery and was out of work for 3 weeks so I brought a 30 dollar plan because I couldn't afford the 45 and I didn't know it wasn't compatible. I'm just getting back to work and get payed in a week and asked for a 7 day exstention they wouldn't do it.. I have to be without a phone for a week then I am going with another company

It took an hour of transferring me about &" I'm sorry my computer is broken & I need a supervisor" (yea, so do I) TO TELL ME THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO. NOTHING. The item had not shipped.
