Terrible customer service I called 3 times in the last week I was lied to and told something different each time I called. I had to travel without service on my phone for 3 days and when I asked what they could do to help the situation they said they could reimburse me the days I didn't use my phone which was like $5. Very frustrating to talk to and try to understand what they are saying!!!!

They don't REALLY care that you have a problem with their service.Once they have your money, they couldn't care less about any issues you may have.

These crooks have been ripping everyone off with the same scams. Spread the word to EVERYONE you know, and ask them to do the same. #StraightTalkSUCKS #StraightTalkTHIEVERY #StraightTalkPIRATES...BTW...robot Maria won't help.

Just a form response which will give you the same response that you got from the customer service rep.Mariabot is just here to give the ILLUSION of caring.

Straight Talk is horrible, there customer service is non-functionable. I have hat 4 phones in two years and about two month of lost service which they will not give me credit for. They build the phones to there specs and do so by building in the SIM card so you can't take it with you (Samsung Gall Slll). Nobody speaks ENGLISH, so you understand about every 5th word, it takes hours to get through to them, and when they do they you are on a merry-go-round. They really should shut the doors and be defendants in a class action suit.

How can you autopay on the second of each month when not every month has 30 days and that's what their billing cycle runs? My auto refill comes out every 30 days...period, so I better have money in the bank.

Plus they send me a text a couple of days before it's drawn out. Any other people get billed on a set day of the month like this person?

Never had an issue with Straight Talk until i actually went tip Wal-Mart to purchase an "out of the box" straight talk phone. For whatever reason the phone doesn't work with the Straight Talk service, and i have been trying to find the root of all this since August. All in all, the phone service is on and working, but my phone number cannot be located with Straight Talk Ugh!
