Does anyone else have to get a new sim card every year? My phone goes into "emergency calls" the past two years and I cannot get service until getting a new sim card sent from Straight Talk.

So for about 5-6 days, no phone service. I cannot get an answer as to why we have to do this.

We have been with ST for over 10 years. Looking to change service carriers if can't get an answer.

Phone was slow couldnt even get on some sites called them twice last night and first guy hung up when i told him this is illegal second call she hung uo when i told her there is probably a class action lawsuit on them. She tried to tell me i bought the 45 dollar refill card which i always buy the 55 refill fo 10 gb i have noticed that my phone always got slow about 8 to 10 days befote my refill so i think this has been going on since i have been buying the 55 refill. So the lady hung up on me also and im really mad. So next week when i get the 55 refill im documenting every thing and should the once again cut me down to 2gb after i use 5 gb well something has to be done.

Horrible customer service | Straight Talk Wireless review

I have been a customer for years and have seldom had a pleasant experience. I purchased 2 sim cards for 2 new phones. When i tried to activate the first phone the numbers were mixed up and the phone would not activate. After a couple of hours on the phone it was supposedly fixed. When i call to activate the second phone today I can't so it because both sim cards were attached to the first phone and they have no way to fix that. After 3 1/2 hours on the phone today it turns out they will send me a replacement sim card which cannot be sent overnight but will arrive in 3-5 business days. Their suggestion was that i buy an activation kit at WalMart for $60 and they will reimburse me. I have no trust that thus company will do that. I have come to the conclusion that it is better to pay more and have decent customer service. Horrible, horrible customer service.

I just had the same thing happen to me. Now I'm without a phone.

Also bought refurbished I phone 6 plus from them online and took it out of the box and the battery rattles and the silent button on side is broke. They told me it's not there problem and I have to take it apple store.

It came with a 90 day warranty but they won't honor it. I hate this company due to customer service.

I use the smartpay feature, after paying my lease and for the service card i was told my service would be active within three hours. Four hours later i still had no service. After chatting online with customer service at Smartpay i was given a service pin to call and give straight talk. The woman that was trying to help me from straight talk swore to me i did not have service through them. After giving her my phone number, my phones serial number and my sim card number she still claimed i did not have service through them. I have had them for 3 years! She would not transfer me to anyone else or help me in anyway so after talking with her for an hour i hung up. I called back and the man who answered had my phone working in 20 minutes! Incompetent people almost had me switching service!

I lost my phone so i called to put my service on hold to not waste my days,, I found the phone 1 day later and was told from 7 different customer service reps. i could not get service until after a 3 DAY hold was up,,, lol lol think of this my phone and wanting restart it ok after # days. Straight Talk policies SUCK, suck and did I say they stinking SUCK.. I clicked English each time I called customer service,,, what did that get me,, 6 times it got a very broken English speaking person, that I had to ask several times to please repeat what they were saying,, this is just WRONG, Straight Talk SUCKSSSSSSSS

Thank you for your concern, but it come 4 days late, I found a new company to use, TOTAL WIRELESS. I think my problem could help S T in the future,, U see in my world I would buy 30 days of service from your company S T and when I lost the phone it was no problem for S T to stop my service i did not waste any days from my paid up phone card,,, BUT to re hook up my service was THREE DAYS now that not real in todays world, do you think that this a good policy for S T ?????????????????/ thank you

Hello well I had the same type problem, plus I could never get a English speaking person when I had problems.. I found a solution to my problem, it is TOTAL WIRELESS 2 lines for $60.00 3 for $85.00 and 4 lines for $100.00 I hope this helps and I hope you can afford to change to a better company now

this is my business phone # i had since 1998 they said i stopped using the phone in Jan, I stopped in feb. whats it matter I brouhgt my # with me and I want it back,When i called my # it was answered and they had a commercial on the line so every time a client wants to talk to me new or old they cant also they are promoting a product with my #5708260919 Also its a pay as you go plan I used this because i am not busy in the winterAnd so what the line supervisor said to me was i should not of let my plan run out.I had this plan last year and i let it run out they did not steal it in 2016 I am going to loose a lot of money and what about all my paper supplies?And my signs?
