BEWARE! We had straight talk for cell service. Twice when we used our bank card to buy minutes within 2 days both times we had security breach with someone trying to get money out of our bank account over the internet. I cant believe it was anyone except them. They ask for all your information.

The packet said service wouldn't be disrupted during transfer. FALSE. I've been waiting almost 72 hours and still no service on my phone. I'm home alone with a toddler and no phone! Customer service was a hair above useless. And how am I supposed to call 1800 # with NO SERVICE?

I bought a new 45 dollar card, all I wanted was my data restored. I was told they needed another number to reach me at. I was at work and I'm not giving that number out. They restored my data beforewith no pproblems. This all taking 47 minutes on hold straight talk is bs..this will be my last month with them..also my wife and kids we are all out!!
