The Walmart Straight talk hotspot is a completely fraudulent operation. The autoreplies are fake and if you call the number you will go to the third world country stealing your data.

I did write a letter to the Miami headquarters and they sent me a letter. It was as fraudulent as the autoreply system. They are a front for the fraud. Americans need to diligently research hotspots because if your hotspot data is administered in a third world country it will be stolen.

If you purchase something from Walmart, they won't care or fix your problem. Buyer beware!!!!

Can't send or download text messages. Sent email to the address mentioned in the other reviews and it came back as not being found. Am going to call customer service one more time and if not resolved will be dumping this garbage and going back to ATT. Angry
