Voice mail stops loading periodically. Also sometimes internet stops working while I am away from home

I am sick of Straight Talk. Many times when I am out driving I don't have connection which means I cannot use navigation. This is dangerous. My second complaint is that periodically voice mail says it cannot load messages due to connectivity problems. I made numerous calls, waited on hold, and today alone talked to 3 individuals who all said they checked everything out and it's all fine, and they have me turn the phone off and back, hit *86 and it should work. Didn't. Third call they said hit *73 to reset my tower connection and the hit *86, but the message I get every time says I am not authorized to use that and to call my carrier. Well, I called them 3 times today and have wasted HOURS of my life trying to resolve this. I work from home and need my phone plus I am trying to refinance my house and cannot even get my voicemails. Straigt talk DOES work well sometimes but is too unreliable and when you do have a problem it will take hours and even days to resolve. Then you think well ok at least it got taken care of but then in a month or several months you go through it again. I am done, I feel sorry for the people who have to take these calls from frustrated customers. I am careful not to take it out on them but the 3rd time I did tell my rep that if it didn't work this time that I will be writing this review and will be cancelling my plan and going back to Verizon even it they are more expensive.

Issues not fixed

I'm charged for service every month . Service that they are not properly providing. My phone has no cellular connection and no data connectivity . That is what I pay them for.

*** Phone not working since Wed. 12/16

I was uncertain if the problem was the phone ( Alcatel ) or Straight talk. By Fri 12/18, decided I it was the phone. Customer service at straight talk has been very helpful in making the transfer to a new phone

Charged me wrongly need reimbursed

Someone I help last month, thought they could, or maybe it was a misunderstanding of the service provider. Anyway, I was charged again, when I was not supposed to pay my friend's December S.T. bill. I called, S.T., and they took care of me. My money was back in my account that night. Go ahead, Straight Talk. You know what you are doing.

User's recommendation: Don't forget straight talk for your service provider needs. They took care of my problem the same day. If I have to choose another plan, other than the one I still have, it will be Straight Talk. Have a great holiday remaining season. ACS.

Poor service

Decided to give straight talk wireless a try from Walmart. I'm so disappointed.The internet is so slow. I keep buying add ons thinking it might be help but it doesn't. Slow,Slow,Slow. Try to speak to a live person is almost impossible.

I had been preapproved for smart pay 3werks prior. Straight talk was sending me emails trying to entice me to use credit I was approved for. When I got online to buy phone terms were $15 a mo. $17 with tax for 24 mos I agreed to these terms they took chard info and processed a payment for whole amount it switched= it on me. I couldn't immediately cancel it. It wasn't even processed yet . they wouldn'tdo anything . just a crummy: way to do;business.they don't have anybody to handle complaints except call center in india

I wrote the company and they ignored the letter and the Better Business Bureau is either not getting a response or I see online they are dodgy too.
