Haven't received my device And I can NOT get ahold of anyone at ALL

I ordered a phone from StraightTalk last Thursday and still have not received it. 8 was given the wrong tracking number and nobody is helping me. I can NOT get ahold of customer service and even if I do they still do not help me. If this does not get solved I will be switching my phone plan to someone else. I seriously need someone to actually listen to me. Thank you.

Order status

I have called your customer service over half a dozen times, only to be rerouted and disconnected each time. I placed a Sim card order on Feb 20 and still have not received any notification regarding shipping status. This card is for my daughter, a college student who cannot use her phone without it. My account was charged for the order, but I don't have the product. The order # is 4688****

User's recommendation: Avoid using Straighttalk. Customer service is horrible!!!

From Feb. 13, 2022 - today March 28, 2022; I have contacted Straight talk again and they still have not activated the phone service or issue a refund. I even filed a complaint through BBB and Straight Talk has not responded to that either!!

Because y'all changed me to another company without me knowing and I lost all my points that I've been saving the past 3 years and my number no longer works and I want them all back

Phone switch and loss of all service

I needed to switch phones because 1 was damaged. Upon switching I lost all service on both phone. Also I purchased a 1 year service contract. So in no way should any service be interrupted. I had to go online in an attempt to get my service back. The computer generated chat is lacking. I had to almost beg to get the chat to help. With that said, the young lady in the Philippines was excellant. She needs a small raise.

User's recommendation: Don't switch unless you have another phone-in available.
