Yes I want to write a review.Yall took my money then inactivated my phone

This time, yes this time Y'all took my money through my debit card and yes it shows in my checking account. This morning I get up and my phone has been inactivated and I can't get in touch with customer service. They say I am number 97 in their queue. They will never get to me that way. Shouldn't have even been a problem since you obviously took my money.Don't buy Straight Talk.D

I had my refills set up on auto refills, to find when I needed my phone service the most it was off for no reason or explanation of why it was off. Very disappointed! User's recommendation: May wake up an not have service for no reason

However, we have to check first if your device is eligible to unlock. To unlock the phone, you may contact our customer care at 1-877-430-2355. You can also unlock the phone by visiting our website at http://www.tfwunlockpolicy.com/?lang=en. For the unlocking process of your device, we can also check what we can do about it.

Below are the unlocking requirements. These are some of the main criteria used to determine your device's eligibility for the Unlocking Program. 1. The device must have not been reported as stolen, lost, or associated with fraudulent activity.

2. The device may have already been unlocked or device may have a pending unlock request (customer should call for resolution). 3. The device must have been activated on TracFone service for no fewer than 12 months.

4. The device must have redeemed no fewer than 12 months of service. 5. The device must have active service or be within 60 days after service expired.

But we have a newly released update with our unlocking procedure. You will now have the option to unlock your phone for a fee if you have not met the 12 months of service requirement. The fee will be $150 minus $12 for every paid active month per device (cards on reserve are not calculated as paid active). Thank you.

After reaching out to Straighttalk, thanks to the info on a website, I was contacted the following day by another non English speaking representative. I specifically stated in my email I wanted someone who spoke English. Basically I bought this $300 phone from them...

We will be sending you an airbill that will serve as your return label that will include a letter that indicates how to package and ship the defective phone back to us. I have had straight talk for years and had little issue. Recently I can't get anything to load and my phone never has service even though it says it does.
