I have a home device that I paid almost $86 I have had this home straight talk for about 2 yrs 3 months after having this device 3 monthes it started giving me problems it is constantly dropping calls n sometimes I can't even call out I have called over 10 times n I asked to have it replaced within my 1 yr warrenty n I was told it wasn't nessecary the only reason I still have is cause I only pay 15 a month unlimited call anywhere in US they keep reprograming but still having issues it keeps dropping calls n the worst times especially durring emergiencies I have called n called customer service n when I ask to speak to a supervisor coincidently I am told I'm already speaking to the only manager thats y I was transfered funny thing is I never was transferred I ask for their supervisor n I'm told they are incharge this is the worst customer service ever n the worst company I have looked every where on line for corparate number its all the same number straight to phillipines only thing that may b direct to corparate is the address but hello I'm not traveling to miami to complain but if I would have known this from the begining I would not have spent almost 100 dallors for this device but needed something right away w cheap payments I can't change my number due to the many docters I would have to call n I can't lose contact or afford to but at first this was awesome n a godsend but know its getting to where its more trouble than its worth no I don't want to email anyone but I would like a actual number to speak to some one directly not in the phillipines I don't want a apology I want a replacement yes its been 2 yrs but they should have replaced me device when I asked within my 1st yr n no I WOULD NOT RECOMEND STRAIGHT TALK. was receiving 10 gigs of data a month for $45 for 3 months my credit card was compromised switch credit cards they changed it to 5 gigs said I had to have a $55 plan to get to have 10 gigs, right before that had happened I actually was sent an email that if I upgraded...

Tech support for this company is a complete joke. For a few months now, I've been suffering a lack of signal in my home where there used to be a strong signal. Customer support either cannot comprehend (due to language/accent barrier or tech incompetence) or does not care that my phone gets amazing signal from every other location I travel to. They have made me try a new sim card to no avail and keep trying to blame weather even though the problem persists in all weather. Now they're trying to force me to lose everything on my phone and perform a factory reset instead of actually reporting to Verizon or whoever they report to that the bloody tower in my area is malfunctioning - even though I've told them multiple times that other friends and family on both Straight Talk CDMA and Verizon are also suddenly suffering weak and non-existent signal in my home. It's frustrating and infuriating, and since I'm home most often I'm basically now paying 45 bucks a month for absolutely nothing. What's worse is my phone is now laggy and misbehaving, I believe due to the 'troubleshooting' steps they made me try, which involved ripping the battery out while my phone was turned on.

Straighttalk Wireless Is A JOKE! So RUDE AND LIERS! They Do NOT take responsibility for themselves or honor what they say they will do when u go without a phone for over a month. I had to call 2 or 3 times a week for 3 weeks in a row and everytime i had to explain the entire ordeal to the person i talked to. Then they would tell me they had to do the exact same thing that the person i talked to days before had already done. I waited for my replacement phone for over a month and every time i called they could not tell me why or when i was going to receive it. I called the corporate office multiple times after a month of dealing with rude straighttalk people and getting nowhere, left multiple messages with multiple people and no response from anyone. So when i finally recieved my phone over a month later, i was told i would get my service that i purchased that they put on hold for me PLUS they were going to give me A Free Months Service for all my troubles. Well when i called to get my free service after the service i paid for ran out, they said nope sorry we are not doing that. I asked to speak to their supervisor they had been consulting with and she said No i could not talk to them and refused to even give me the supervisors name. Said i could not talk with ANYONE but her. I could not belive the SUPERVISOR refused to talk to me or give their name, thats horrible work ethics. There is NO EXCUSE for straighttalks behavior. They are the most disrespectful unorganized lying company ever!!!! If it wernt for us PAYING customers they would NOT exists. They do not value their customers at all! Im calling the BBB as soon as i am done here. I have all info from EVERY call i have made to them in the past 3 months.

Been on the phone all day to transfer my phone number and service after hours they tell me turn it off and back on and it will work if not call them back after I do it it says my number was deactivated and I can't call back and get a real person only a machine over and over finally they tell me there's nothing I can do I bought a phone from them specifically because they said all my concerns would be taken care of now everything is worse

Straight talk sent me new 3G phone cause they said they were upgrading from 2G to 3G network in my area. (21921) On phone 2 hrs to transfer service. Turned out data service didn't work when they got done. I kept asking for a refund, but I could see that wasn't gonna happen. I called them every day and was on the line no shorter than 1 hour and each time I was transferred to at least 3 other departments. 7 days later and that many screw-ups by their service department and my data still doesn't work. I guess now I'm trying to use a 3g phone on a 2g network. Soon as my 30 days runs out Im switching carriers.

Scammed to get higher minutes | Straight Talk Wireless review

This is the second time straight talk has turned off my phone saying my credit was denied. I have money in my account which is an auto pay. Same time last year they said I exceeded my limits. I do not use my phone much and checked my minutes. Phone said 43 minutes use. They automatically cut your phone off after one year with no recourse but to call and sign up again. Pain in the ***! They do not contact you or warn you either. Another thing that *** me off is that they interrupt your phone calls with a message that tell you how many minutes you use cutting off your phone call. WTF? They are cheap but this is really annoying. Then you have to talk to someone from another country and repeat your self over and over again....not happy.

I have 4 accounts with them and they have never declined my card. Maybe that's your banks issue.

Also they text me a week before my service expires, then 3 days before, then the day of. I'm not sure what company you're using but it doesn't sound like Straight Talk.

Spent three phone calls and two chats with Straight Talk to get my phone running. Phone calls are useless. The chats were the most productive. At first I couldn't make or receive a call. AND NO TEXTING. After two chats and two Code Entries I could finally send and receive texts. However, I cannot use MMS keep getting the "No Data Balance Available." Today, one guy (via phone call) had me input two Code Entries. This has not worked. He also told me that the phone may not be capable of doing MMS. Well then what the *** is the brower button for and why would I have a camera on it??? Lucky for me we have an AT&T store in town where I can get personal help if I switch over.
