WTF is this iI am only half into my service they advertise 5GB and my phone only shows 2.5GB used since i activated my service. and when i text 611611 it says i used 5.01 GB of data and its not true. Its funny how they say "ESTIMATED DATA USAGE" *** thieves.

I recently decided to switch from virgin mobile to straight talk. The first phone I bought worked great for 4 days then just froze up. Returned it for another one. Worked great for about 1 week. Now even though I have plenty of high speed data left data speeds are 1 g at best. SEVERE battery drain issues even when phone isnt being used. Customer service always finds a reason why they cant trouble shoot it. Straight talk you SUK. Going to Verizon next week.

Straight Talk Wireless in Lyman, South Carolina - Bad Service

I have had Straight Talk for 4 years. I recently decided to switch my phone service. I called and they would not unlock my phone. When I tried to return to the website to see when the "required 12 months," was up, I could not log on. I called customer service, was told I was using the wrong login credentials. I have an app on my phone used the same login, got on, no problem. However the app does not offer any details on a cell phone device that the original website does. Got on a different computer to logon still can not. I had a problem with them in the past when signing up for auto pay. They tried to make it difficult to un-enroll. I will not recommend a company that tries to hold you hostage for service.

i switched over to new phone and been with ST for going on 5 years now. i do auto payment and for 3 months they charged me $30, which is what i orginally had prior to switching. they ended up charging me the $45. said because my phone was not combatable for the $30. kinda fun it was for those 3 months. so they can hook you up on the $30 the plan for smart phones. they just don't want to. smart phones are the wave of the future but it is going to cost us because of the high demand of need.

Straight Talk Wireless in Anderson, Indiana - International calling plan

I recently spent over an hour on the phone with straightly trying to verify whether or not columbia is on the plan. After an hour he said it was. I repeated are you sure? He said yes. thats what took so long. He had to verify it was. Although I could hear him talking in the background to his coworkers socially. Anyway, I agreed after asking one last time if he was sure I could call columbia. The first day of my new plan I tried to place a call. The recording said it was not available with this plan. I called customer service. After speaking to no less than 5 people I was referred to the refund department. After telling the story several times to several different people. She processed my refund. I asked why not just deduct the 49.00 from the 66.00 they owed me. She said they don't process partial refunds. ok. Then when she wanted to give a confirmation number she had to repeat it 4 or 5 times so I could understand her. I asked why not text it to me or email it to me. She said she cannot do that. However she could text me security questions when verifying my information. So now I have my old 45 a month plan that does not call internationally. I am still waiting on my refund. Interestingly enough I bought a tracfone to call straighttalk customer service previously. I looked up international calling. I can call direct from that flip phone for no extra charge. I paid $5 for the phone and $35 for the minutes. Straighttalk is losing my business due to lack of service and extremely poor customer service. Not to mention rude reps. Beware of this plan or scheme!
