Extortion and Intimidation Tactics | Straight Talk Wireless review from Bedford, Ohio

I noticed an additional charge on my credit card statement from Straight Talk. When I finally got thru to customer service, they said it didn't show on their records, i.e., fifteen minutes on first call and over 45 minutes on second call. So, I reported it as a fraudulent charge. I was actually billed twice (my usual monthly amount $49.50) and then $46.84 a few days apart. They deactivated me saying that I had filed a fraudulent claim. Then they billed me for the upcoming month. Luckily, my credit card company set it straight. They kept telling me that all I needed to do was to provide them with my credit card number and that they would activate my service. It sounded a lot like extortion and intimidation to me... Incompetent staff.... They need to be shut down!

Had a hotspot for 17 days down loaded a few apps on leap frog and paid bills and it ran out of data on a 4g 60 day plan. I use my straight talk phone 90% of the time to go on web youtube internet radio and don't use that much data. Its a rip off stay clear.
