I can't call out or receive calls with phone just got and activated today why is that

I am highly displeased because I need my communication. Now I must keep talking when I don't want to.Will my plan lose its validity on the month since I have not had any services I paid for?

My credit card is refusing to pay..

Back in 2020 I cancelled My account and went to Spectrum, However, Straight talk wouldn't port My tel. to Spectrum, and they kept charging Me for the service. I talked to a Rep, and He ported the No. to Spectrum, and now I'm paying Spectrum now that My no. has been ported. The Straight talk Rep said I would no longer be billed for it. Unfortunately, Every Month I am billed. I didn't give them My discover card account no. and didn't authorize them to bill Me. This has to be resolved, I get no satisfaction from Straight talk.Good lucki with doing business with them.

There's no way I used up 2 gigs in one day

There's no way I used up 2 gigs, and the ethernet phone service to India was horrible. I will never use Straight Talk. again.nn

They never ported My No. to Spectrum, so My credit card Co.

refused payment. I was told more than once that it was canceled, but it never was..

All they did was let Me know that they received the E- mail. I find it's very difficult to get a hold of them. When I check the chat, there is no option for My problem.

CAN NOT GET A HOLD OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP!

My phone doesn't have service and I am trying to give straight talk my new credit card information to get my phone activated again!!Can not get a code from text because my phone is not activated. Send code to email and not text! This has taken all day!

Scamming

Ordered a phone on Straightalk and processed my order only for THEM to cancel it a couple hours later and keep my money. $250+ Taken and non refunded for something they canceled and didnt even notify me in advance

I called a rep and He told Me My account was cancelled, but I am still receiving bills.

I went to another service, so I called Straight Talk to cancel My account. I was unable to get voice mail with My new server, so I called Straight Talk again, and they resolved that issue. I thought I was all set, because the rep said I wouldn't be billed any more, but I keep getting billed.

Refused too replace a bad phone

I have been with straight talk for over 5 years faithfully, and for the first time I ran into a problem with my phone (IT LOCKED UP ON ME). Was unable to use it. I contact Straight Talk of my problem with the phone and got nothing but a serious run around from several departments and customer agents. Promises and lies is all I received. I was asked to return the faulty phone too Straight Talk with the shipping label email to me with the instruction of packaging details, to the address 5501 CENTREPOINT DR., La Vergne, Tn. 37086, Ticket Number 122644**** Dated 11/20. I sent the product back to Straight Talk only to get no help in the replacement of the phone, JUST BULL- *** LIES AND CONSTANT RUN AROUND from one person to another for the last several months now. And still have not gotten a replacement. I am VERY, VERY, ANGRY at the treatment I have received. Yet I purchased another phone from Walmart because I was in need of a phone for my job and I still pay for the service each month because, I was thinking that straight talk would do the right thing and send me a replacement. BUT I KNOW THEY ARE NOT GOING TO DO WHAT IS RIGHT for a LOYAL CONSUMER. I am so FINISHED. I will never recommend this company to anyone.

Problems

everytime i try to purchase a service plan, it simply does nothing. a rep gave me a link to try, it has no place for me to put my card's year if expiration!!!!

Tired of having paid for service and then it gets stolen

I accidentally missed a payment on my phone. I had paid for two months of service and it was stolen by straight talk. Now I have to pay again to have my phone activated? Not going to happen! I would rather throw it in the ocean.

POOR SERVICE. NEVER TURNED PHONE ON AFTER TWO DAYS

Bought phone ($199.00) and $50.00 per month plan with auto pay. Activated phone and it would not complete a call. Called Straight Talk Customer Service with no help, talked to several persons and no one could help fix the problem KEEP YOUR MONEY IN YOUR POCKET AND FIND A DIFFERENT CELL PHONE PROVIDER.

Absolutely Terrible Service

Straight Talk Wireless - Absolutely Terrible Service
While, using Straight Talk the service seems to be getting progressively worse. DATA SPEEDS ARE ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. I HAVE CALLED OVER 20 EXPLAINING THE Problems AND I AM ALWAYS GIVEN THE SAME ANSWER. THEY ALWAYS CLAIM THAT THEY MUST BE WORKING ON THE TOWERS IN MY AREA.... I TRAVEL A 400-MILE RADIUS FOR MY JOB AND THERE IS NO POSSIBLE WAY THE CELLULAR COMPANIES THEY USE COULD OR WOULD BE "WORKING" ON All the TOWERS IN A 400-MILE RADIUS.

Same with me. They said 5 months ago my GB was stolen due to the upgrading of the line repair for 5G network.

I have not been able to use 611 611 service of the it rs in 5 months.

1st year was fine. Nowball has gone to *** with straight talk service.
