Straight Talk Wireless in Winchester, Virginia - Too expensive.... too unstable to stay connected.

I've been through two of these. The first one died with a "no service" message. Customer service for Straight Talk simply blew me off. (Lied about the problem then ignored my requests for support.) It's obvious that whoever they contract through (Verizon I believe) Did not allocate enough IP addresses for with both devices I was constantly being bumped off of the connection, causing resets and hangs while loading pages. If you're a gamer or need a reliable connection for mobile business, this will be a nightmare for you. And now that they've "restructured" their available plans, (RAISED THEIR PRICES) using the SmartTalk service will drain your bank account in no time. There are better options. Try them all BEFORE using StraightTalk.

Straight Talk Wireless in Kalispell, Montana - Straight Talk is for the thieves not their customers

Straight Talk sucks they are for the thieves not the customers. Try to disable a phone that has been stolen and the number changed. They want the number it has been changed to and the serial number on the phone. These are the security questions. Great!!!!! How do I get that when the thieves have the phone and only they and the ***, incompetent people at Straight Talk have it. I will not be using them again and I hope that anyone considering Straight Talk goes somewhere else. Please share so that people can be informed

WHAT'S THE POINT OF EMAILING YOU WHEN YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES ARE RUDE AND SO DIFFICULT TO UNDERSTAND!!! THE WORST OF IT ALL, IS STRAIGHT TALK DOES NOT HONOR THEIR SO CALLED DISCOUNTS FOR ENROLLING IN AUTO PAY.

THEY CLAIM TO TAX IT SO BY THE TIME THE TRANSACTION IS OVER, YOU SAVE A FEW CENTS. OH AND GOD FORBID YOU CALL AND ASK THEM TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM. THEY HANG UP, PUT YOU ON HOLD FOREVER, THEN TRANSFER YOU 5 TIME BEFORE THEY INFORM YOU THAT THEY CANT HELP YOU AND REFUSE TO REFUND WHAT IS OWED TO YOU. TIME TO CALL MY BANK AND DISPUTE THE CHARGES.

THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL THEIVES!!!!

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND AGAINST GIVIN THESE THEIVES YOUR BUSINESS. YOU WILL BE SORRY

Do not take your cell phone number to Straight talk wireless if you want to keep it. I brought my number over from verizon and used their service for over five years. Then when i wanted to switch providers the moment cricket tried to port my number over they had no account history for me and my number was inactive, when i called five minutes before that for the account pin there was no issue. If you do ever need to talk to customer service , good luck getting some one who understands english if you can even understand them. They put my card on autobilling two times after i instructed them not to. I had to have the bank put a permant block to get it to stop. The unlimited internet is a joke, half the time when you try to use it the response is the website is not responding. Would not go back to them again.

Straight Talk Wireless - Phone Service Review from Palmdale, California

I just bought a samsung galaxy s5 from wal-mart for straight talk its almost been 5 days & they cant seem to get it ported. 3 days ago i was told by a supervisor that my ticket was escslated & they were going to have to do it manually & my phone would forsure be on by 7am the next morning. All i get when i call is an attitude from the customer service people & they treat me like im an ***, one actually called me a liar when i corrected him because he was saying exactly what i was told the day before only he was saying it happened that morning not the day before. I dont get the problem my number was a straight talk number to begin with if they have a byof program there should be some way to prevent the companies whose towers they use from doing this to their customers & really they should take into acct what not having a phone costs some people. This is not the first issue i've had with them & i always have to fight to even get credited for the days my phone didnt work. I hate straight talk now they have cost me to much & im stuck with this phone because wal-mart wont refund open box electronics unless they are defective & they try them out at returns.
