Straight Talk Wireless - Phone Service Review from South Point, Ohio

I bought a iphone 5s and a $45 unlimited prepaid card had it activated December 22 2015 for a christmas present as of January 1 2016 no service straight talk gave the phonenumber to someone else and deactivated the phone now no minutes no phone number and out of $50 for the card the people you talk to wont help you very ignorent onthe phone i lost alot of money for this bull ***. I cant believe that you activate a phone then deactivate 1 week later.

Straight Talk stinks. I have been a customer for over 4 years and all was good until I was told that straightalk will not allow to their customers to tether. They just lost my services, as soon as my month is up I will change carriers to boost mobile which is cheaper and allows to tether. Bye bye straightalk, you have until the end of January 2016 to fix this censorship of my device, my phone and I will use it as I please. And yeah other people will hear about it, thank god for social media. U have till end of Jan In the meantime I will be sharing this fact.

After having my verizon phone transferred over, they disabled it at the beginning of every month. After over an hour on the phone each time, the 5th time this happened, they told me I needed a new SIM card. After 2 days, they sent me the wrong one (Nano vs Micro). Waited 2 more days to finally receive the correct SIM. After another hour on the phone, they had a "system error" and I was told to call back in 24 hours to try again

Straight Talk Wireless in Pretoria, Gauteng - Activating new phone and TRYING to get their service

I elected to transfer current service to BYOP plan and upgrade. So far NOTHING but hours on the phone and now currently on 55th minute of hold AFTER speaking with the rep who couldn't assist me. This is ridiculous. Its been 2 days and so far NOTHING resolved. I would suggest NOT buying this package or even going to straight talk at all. They obviously do not have enough employees and the ones they have don't have a clue! What a joke. Waste of money and precious time.

Straight Talk Wireless - Phone Plan Review from Yonkers, New York

I recently bough a galaxy s3 out of pocket along with the insurance as well as a 45 dollar plan. Costing me roughly 450 dollars. My phone broke so I decided to use my insurance, they said they would send me some packaging labels to take to UPs so they could receive and replace my phone, they said it would take 10 days. After a month went by I called the help desk. After being on the phone for 4 hours they told me there was nothing they could do that they had to records of me sending my phone in. So I track my package using ups tracking. They tell me the package was received at a Wal-Mart in tennessee at Smyrna county and signed off my a man named Russell. So I call the Wal-Mart and they say they have to records of a Russell working there. So here I am with no phone and 450 dollars in the whole. StrAight talk screwed me on this deal. FYI don't buy the insurance. Its a waste of time!

Straight Talk Wireless in Charleston, South Carolina - Never had a problem until recently

recommended by a friend I purchased straight talk service, got my phone, updated once, automatic renewals monthly, didn't have a problem for several years. now it is one thing after another. I needed an update, they sold me a phone that had a warning window that kept popping up, I called immediately, had to get on another phone, they did something and said it was fixed, once 30 days was up the problem came back. And now they will only send me a replacement but I am done. their customer service is SO BAD sometimes I think they are just messing with me, it is inconceivable that this company exists. obviously I am done with straight talk!!!

I know how you feel. I have been phoneless since Xmas eve.So part of it was my fault.

Two phones later I still have to wait till the 4th for a new sim card. And I will bet the farm that I wil have to go back to Verizon. Gross. They suck even worse.

So tired of dealing with Apu. Speak Engrish.
