I see Maria wants me to contact her. What for, your not going to resolve anything by sending me to your unlocking dept.

This case goes way deeper than the unlocking dept can resolve. The simplest way to resolve this is to give me back the money I paid for my phone...

I originally called to see if I could get a 3 day extension on my service. I was denied. I asked to speak with a supervisor or management. I tried several times I was either put on hold for extreme amount of time or the call disconnects. One rep in particular Rommel very rude stated that he was the manager. Refused to transfer me to management. I will be logging a complaint with the BBB.

I have the $45 monthly straight talk plan but the past two months my internet is really slow, it won't let me open browser or download any apps and I just added the minutes for this month. If I can't find out the problems and fix it I'm not paying for internet usage

BEWARE! We had straight talk for cell service. Twice when we used our bank card to buy minutes within 2 days both times we had security breach with someone trying to get money out of our bank account over the internet. I cant believe it was anyone except them. They ask for all your information.

well, where do i start, my phone was activated in MD, my daughter gave it to me but i m in Florida..I ve been without a phone for two weeks waiting for straighttalk to issue me a new number, i ve received 3 SIM cards to no avail. nothing has been resolved after being on the phone with them over 30 different employees and 10 hrs of wasting my hubbys minutes..these idiots should be out of business. what do i do now??i have cussed them pleaded with them and finally told them no more SIM cards just send me a new phone with a new number :(

Straight Talk Wireless in San Bruno, California - Bad Phone replacement

I am straight talk user for more than an year. I bought Samsung s4 from straight talk and it’s not working. I send the phone to straight talk for replacement on Nov 25, 2015. I was told that I will be getting my phone in 3-5 days. I dint get the phone even after 15 days. I am calling and chatting with customer care from past 2 weeks. One day I will be told that the phone is shipped Other day I will be told that the phone is out of stock and will receive in 3-5 days.

I had the same problem with that model and I called them and they told me that I would get an email from FedEx about shipping labels on how to send it out the right way. And I never received an email.

I thought straight talk would be like all the other places and send me a box with labels to return it but nope they didn't and still haven't heard anything. So I had to turn around and go buy another phone. And they even told me that model was known to have that problem but yet they don't want to help me replace. So I bought a way more expensive straight talk phone thinking everything should run smooth..

Yeah right now I keep having problems like no service or can't send Mms text and pictures and it's not cause of my phone it's cause of issues they r having. I asked them yesterday on facebook what was going on and they asked for my number and serial number so they could look into issues with my phone. So I gave it to them and then also told them that it wasn't cause of my phone cause my niece also has straight talk and is in the same house and is having the same problems so it has it be something on their end.

After I told them that I never heard anything back. Wtg straight talk talk about being rude and treating your customers like ***!

Straight Talk Wireless in Canfield, Ohio - Straight talk assigned phantom phone to account.

I took my phone off the charger and went to place a call. I then got a "Mobile network not available" message and had no bars within the icon. On the website, under my account, a fourth phone which I did not purchase was listed with my current phone and the two old ones that were deactivated. The phantom phone was enrolled in auto-refill and was assigned my number. I called straight talk and had them reactivate the phone I do use, and delete the phantom phone from my account. I was told to allow up to 24 hours for my phone to reactivate. The next day it still did not work so I called again. I was told that the number transfer deactivated the sim card for my current phone and would have to wait 2-5 days for a replacement to be mailed. So I am currently without my perfectly fine phone, that should have never been messed with in the first place, for a week that I am paying for with my up to date and paid service. Also, my phone data has been shut off three different times in the past for using too much data on an unlimited plan.
