I recently switched back to straight talk, purchasing a phone and 45$ card. I purchased those things on October 24th. Now, my service is almost up and I have not had mobile data the ENTIRE time I have had my phone. I have called 3+ times to try to resolve the issue and after hours on the phone with technical support repeating the same things over and over finally after an hour on the 3rd call the lady just hung up on me. Still no data. I will not be keeping my phone with straight talk, nor will I ever recommend it again. My whole family will be switching phone companies and I hope that in the future you trwat your customers better.

Straight Talk Wireless in Harrisonburg, Virginia - Not to happy

i bought a samsung phone at walmart and decided to buy a straight talk unlimited card. Today my phone crashed so i called straight talk helpline.I first talked to a man who did not help me.And when I called and asked to speak to a manager She was not able to speak clearly enough that we could communicate well. She became frustrated with me and hung up on me.She gave me a number to call with no code so I called the number and talked to Michelle she helped me but in order to make this right I have to be without a phone for two weeks. My job requires me to have a phone. This has been a very disrupting thing.

Straight Talk Wireless in Indiana - 4 year customer

I have been a straight talk wireless customer for four years. This past July I broke my phone in a bizarre incident. My husband decided as a nice gesture to buy me the Galaxy S5 through the company. I was ecstatic and loved the love phone until October. Keep in mind that the phone is a 500 dollar phone. I plugged it in to charge one night while I was making Spaghetti. I had just put the water on to boil when I smelled something strange. I checked the phone and it had melted. Needless to say the phone was under warranty and I had to call Straight talk. I am usually not one to complain about non-English speaking customer sales representatives, but the woman who took my information to send me the prepaid packaging to send them the melted phone took down all of my information wrong. She did not understand English. Here I am almost 3 weeks later, no phone and no melted phone anymore. I am livid and don't know what else I can do.

Straight Talk Wireless in Branson, Missouri - They mess you around!

I decided to give Consumer Cellular a try because they have US call centers & they get good reviews & are cheaper. I phoned the Straightalk help line to get my phone unlocked & got nothing but pre-scripted hassle from a bunch of Mexicans!!! They would not give me a phone # or direct me to the unlock-your-phone department until l started to threaten them with legal action. They won in the end because l had not owned the phone for 12 months, & therefore "they" stated that they would not help me! This company is from the gutter, & the sooner more people complain to Walmart (who l believe actually own the company) then nothing will be done, & my customer complaint to Walmart on this subject was ignored & no response was given from the customer complaint department!

Straight Talk Wireless in Panama City, Florida - Upset customer

This is the worse service ever. I had ATT over 30 years and someone introduce me to Straight Talk. (bad idea) I purchase the device for $53.00 at Walmart pluse 2 service cards for $15each ($98.00), took it home and used it for 20days.On 21st, the device stop working. I called Straight Talk and explain to them what happend and they said they'll send me a new device. That never happened, I waited for 24days and never recieved a new device, I was on the phone with customer representive every day. I end up going back to Walmart buying another device which costed me another $53.00 plus $15 service card. I still dont have any service as of today. I will be posting this on facebook and faxing , writing , and emailing the corporate office. I am truly disappointment with this company.
