Unlock my phone I paid for. Straight Talk canceled my service 9 months ago. Now they have no record. I paid for a phone I cannot use. I was told I would have to pay for a year service that I am not going use.

Unsatisfactory customer service

Contacted customer service after purchasing a new bring your own SIM card customer service representative took it upon herself to not only deactivate the new purchased card but also to disable my existing SIM card from my old Straight Talk phone their resolution to this problem what's for me to go and buy another bring your own SIM card at a cost of $55 each so it needs to say I am an unsatisfied customer because not only did they take away my phone service but cost me income waiting to get my phone turn back on back on

User's recommendation: My recognition recommendation to Future customers look elsewhere.

Straight Talk is a big scam! Their $55 dollar plan is NOT unlimited! At all. You cannot go past 200gb of data which is not stated anywhere. They scammed and banned me from their network. For using over 200gb of data. I have switched. they made me pay $138 dollars to...

Bought a new phone and both phones do not work

I could not understand the person trying to tell me what to do. I explained and said unless I could get the sim card number which is in behind the battery. I couldn't get the battery out and simply said i can not fix it. Going to take phone back. Since I was charged billing on two phones I want it back. The phones are not usable so I a

they charged me twice and just recently this weekend I had 2 notifications that my card was declined bc transactions not allowed bc of them double charging me buy

40 dropped calls to customer service

Had little to no service and got the runaround for 4 hours. Tired of talking to India for answers. They are useless. Been a customer for 7 years and now going to someone else. Go with another

Poor service

Straight Talk Wireless - Poor service
I bought a refurbished phone and paid extra to have it arrive the next-day. It did arrive the next day but it arrived with a cracked screen. (I know that "refurbished" means "used" but I did not know that it also could mean "damaged".) They would not upgrade me to a new model ($35 difference) but said that I could return the phone and purchase a new one if I wanted to- I did not. I ended up having to pay shipping both ways, even though I received a damaged phone from the company because the "return label" they provided under the original shipping label is just the return slip with no bar codes.

User's recommendation: Customer Support is Terrible, selection is poor. Prices are good, which is how they're still in business.

I wanted to receive a new phone for the inconvenience of receiving a damaged refurbished model, but customer service refused. I would also like my money back for shipping.

Phone was messing up

Not going into details.phone is back working.just understand that the phone is working now.thank you for getting the issue fixed. My daughter and husband both were having issues with their phones.now it is fixed. I hope you all have a wonderful beautiful blessed day

We are sorry for the trouble. Our branded Straight Talk phones are not carrier unlocked. It can only be activated in our service. However, we can unlock your phone only if you meet the set requirements.

TracFone Wireless will provide an unlocking code to customers who request unlocking, provided they meet the following conditions: 1. Device must have not been reported as stolen, lost, or associated with fraudulent activity. 2. Device may have already been unlocked or device may have a pending unlock request (customer should call for resolution).

3. Device must have been activated on TracFone Wireless service for no fewer than 12 months. 4. Device must have redeemed no fewer than 12 months of service.

5. Device must have active service or be within 60 days after service expired. However, beginning February 03, 2021, we now offer our customers the option to unlock the phone for a fee if they have not met the 12 months of service requirements. The fee will be $150 minus $12 for every paid active month per device (cards on reserve are not calculated as paid active).
